A few days before the stay, they invited me over for a meet-and-greet so I could get a feel for their home, meet them, and introduce my dog to their sweet pup, Lana. The moment I walked in, I knew they were the right people. Their space was welcoming, safe, and dog-friendly, and their kind energy instantly put me at ease. Throughout the stay, they went above and beyond. They sent frequent updates and lots of pictures, which made me smile every time. It was so comforting to see my dog happy, relaxed, and having a blast with Lana. When my dog didn’t want to eat at first, they reached out right away and kept me posted until she finally finished her dinner—something I really appreciated as a nervous first-timer. About: I’ve had dogs in the home since I was a small child and host small dogs (under 20 pounds) in my home. I'm new to booking through Rover, but can supply references, if requested. I’m excited to open my door (and heart) to your pup for day visits or overnights. I have one super tough 6 pound Shihtzu-Chihuahua in the house so your pups must be friendly with other dogs. I also have experience with puppies and caring for senior dogs. I work from home so I'm at home all day and night during the week. On weekends, I'm never gone for more than 3- 4 hours at any one time. Most of the time, I'm home with the fur babies. I have a house with ample room to welcome up to 2 dogs (same owner) at a time. I have a fenced back yard area allowing for exercise and free roaming. I never leave pets outdoors unattended. Dog's will normally sleep in my bed with me, but totally fine if they prefer their own bed in my room.

About: I am going to school to school currently to become a veterinarian and I hopefully will get a job as a vet tech very soon! About: Hello! My name is Kelley and I have lots of furry children. I have four Siberian Huskies and a Shiba Inu and they make life fun and adventurous! About: As a military spouse I have helped care for our dogs and many of our neighbors dogs as well. From large to small, I love dogs of all kinds. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs, and our own dog loves the company of other dogs. I am a mom and am in nursing school, but pet care is the highlight of my day. “Katy took care of my 5-month-old puppy, Bagel, for three days while I was in the area taking a painting class. Bagel is a very sweet, social and energetic puppy who loves people and other dogs, but he can become overstimulated around other dogs and doesn’t always know how to settle himself yet. Although I had explained that ahead of time, I don’t think either Katy or I realized just how difficult it would be for him to settle in a new home with another dog around. Katy really did try hard to make him comfortable. She took him on walks, played with him, worked on calming him down, and even made a trip to the pet store for a stronger harness, leash, blanket, treats and other things she thought might help. She communicated with me throughout the day and was very honest when she felt Bagel was becoming more than she could comfortably manage for a full day. After two particularly challenging days, we agreed to shorten his third day. Interestingly, he seemed to be settling in better by then, and Katy ended up keeping him until about 2:00 rather than the noon pickup we had planned. Bagel was always happy to see Katy and willingly went with her each morning, which meant a lot to me. I also really liked Katy personally and appreciated how much she cared about making the situation work. Bagel was simply a much bigger handful in her home than I expected, and I think being around another dog all day made it especially hard for him to turn himself off and rest. I’m grateful for the effort Katy put in and for how much she genuinely cared about Bagel during his stay.”

About: I’ve watched neighbors pets as a young kid and have always loved meeting new animals. I think it’s important that the animals keep to a as normal schedule as possible to mimic every day life. I’m always around and can stay as long as required for your animals. I also have looked after family pets when family goes away. Hi there my name is Brittany, I’m 28 years old and my pup is Mika, he’s 2! I’m new to the Tri Cities area and have been here for a little over a year. I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness: gastroparesis, so obtaining a full time job has been difficult. I have been put on some medication that helps the majority of my issues, but I can’t manage a full time job, unfortunately. I’m available all days of the week other than Fri-Sun where I work part time in Johnson City from 10am-4pm. I’d love to be able to spend that free time with your babies and give them the time they need to run around or just to give them some company since I have a lot of time on my hands. I grew up with dogs my whole life and have also been around cats that my grandmother has had. I have my one pup, Mika and my boyfriend has his two dogs. It’s been rough not being able to do much, but furry friends always make me smile and provide wonderful, uplifting energy to myself as well as to you I can imagine. I can crate your pet if needed, including my own if they do not get along. I’m currently in college and working part-time so when I am not home there are other household members there to make your pet is taken care of. I have a fenced hard in my home that I will usually let the dogs run around a play for a little bit through out the day.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I’ve done everything from fostering to raising litters of puppies and kittens. I’m an active person so there is no shortage of playtime. I’m very dedicated to providing the love and support pets need! Caring for pets is always a priority of mine as I currently own a dog and cat myself. I work part time so my schedule is very flexible. I have a spare bedroom in my house with a large mattress for pets to rest on. There is space for a crate if needed. My backyard is very spacious. My area is fairly quiet as I live outside the city. Outside of caring for my own animals, I'm not very busy, so if you need a last minute service, I will likely be available. I can transport animals in my car and also have a female German Shepherd who is fixed and is sweet as can be, if your pup would like a play mate! I'm always looking for new spots to walk & hike, making sure your bestie doesn't get bored ☺️ I strive to work with pet parents to provide high standard, seamless care for every animal & your peace of mind. There is nothing I won't do to ensure the safety & happiness of your pet. Frivolous is not in my vocabulary 🫡 I take care of my animals daily, but have plenty of free time for yours! Morning, afternoon or evening, I'm available for your pet care needs. My pets are well taken care of and honestly a little spoiled 🤭. We have different foods for different cat needs, we don't use cheap food brands in our household. Our dog is walked at least 5 times a week, sometimes more. Each animals gets individual attention and plenty of pets. I make my own treats to give my dog her medicine and also try other pet recipes from time to time. All animals are vaccinated, de-wormed, and get vet check-ins annually.

About: I am going to school to school currently to become a veterinarian and I hopefully will get a job as a vet tech very soon! I have 3 dogs and a cat of my own and I take care of them everyday while the rest of my family is at work. I love to take my dogs on walks for about 30 minutes at least twice a day. I have a fenced in backyard and my dogs are very friendly and playful and love new friends! We have multiple crates if that is something necessary for your pet. A few days before the stay, they invited me over for a meet-and-greet so I could get a feel for their home, meet them, and introduce my dog to their sweet pup, Lana. The moment I walked in, I knew they were the right people. Their space was welcoming, safe, and dog-friendly, and their kind energy instantly put me at ease. Throughout the stay, they went above and beyond. They sent frequent updates and lots of pictures, which made me smile every time.
