About: Hello, my name is Kalena! I am very passionate about all kinds of animals - I have had cats, dogs, guinea pigs, fish, rats, and mice. I have had numerous pet and house-sitting jobs, and I have volunteered at several animal shelters. I am detail-oriented, so I will take any special instructions in stride. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in 2022. I currently have a flexible schedule with full-time availability. About: As a life long dog lover I volunteered at a vet clinic for six months and I worked as a kennel attendant at a shelter for well over 5 years. I administered medication, gave shots, exercised and trained all breeds and types, bathed all types, and kept their kennels clean and the dogs twice fed twice daily. I have worked with puppies and seniors, lap dogs and mastiffs. Meeting new dog friends every day was the highlight of my job! To supplement my income I spent time house and pet sitting for local friends. In addition to dogs and cats, I've spent 3 years of my life working on horse farms and I'm available to care for barn babies as well. Let's talk! While I work part-time, my hours are very limited and will leave me plenty of time to play with your fur baby or check on your barn babies at least twice a day. We have a large fenced in back yard for dogs to run around in, some comfortable and cool places for dogs to chill indoors, and we can take frequent walks as a family.

About: As many others I’ve grown up having multiple pets. I have always had a passion for caring for animals. I worked at an animal shelter where I provided the best care whether it was dog walking, giving vaccinations, drawing blood, and more. I am a stay at home mom currently so I have plenty of time to devote to taking care of animals. I want to be able to incorporate daily outings into my routine. I have two friendly dogs and two cats. About: I have grown up around dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and fish. Right now I currently have 3 dogs. I work at an animal clinic and I work at a kennel too. I have been working at the kennel and the clinic for over a year. I love animals even when they potty in the house. I love going on walks as well and I always need a “friend” to go on walks with. In the future I want to be a vet. I have been to two Purdue vet camps. I am currently in college in Delaware and I have extra time I would love to spend with other people’s pets since I can not see mine for awhile. I love taking care of pets. Normally when I am home I feed my 2 dogs. I make sure they have clean water and of course I give them love and affection. Since I am in college I am not able to care for pets in my dorm but when I go to my clients home I will treat their animals like they were my own.

About: I've taken care of all types of dogs and cats from all age ranges. I love animals, and I have been animal-sitting since I was around 12 years old, for about 7 years. The biggest skills I have are being able to spend extra time with the animals to make them feel loved while you are away. I am currently working part-time and attending school part-time during the summer. I am very available to take care of your animals during the morning, day, and evening. I like to spend between 15 and 30 minutes with the animals between visits to make them feel loved, so they are less stressed. About: I have taken care of dogs from 8weeks old to 10 years old, and many breeds from small, Chihuahua size to big, great pyrenees. I used to foster cats, and have a cat of my own. Coworkers have even relied on me to feed outdoor animals while away, etc. I work part time, usually 5-6 days a week but gone for no more than 6 hours a day, and can go back to let out and walk on a lunch break. I am in school full time, but all my classes are online so it allows me to have complete free flexibility and not have to attend class in person. I always make sure pets are comfortable, if not more comfortable as me. Pets are a huge part of family’s. They are family members themselves. They deserve love and attention, and to be played with, and fed on a schedule, and exercise too. Also words of affirmation like “good boy” if they do something correct. And “bad boy” if wrong. I have never once hit an animal to show a sign of bad behavior, and think that is wrong.

About: I have loved and cared for pets since I was a little girl. Growing up we had 2 dogs and 1 cat that I spent all my time with. I now have 2 dogs and 6 cats of my own that i love and care for everyday. I have good experience with senior dogs as one of mine is 12 years old. I treat every pet i meet as if they were my own and am a lover of all animals. I am currently working part time and take some classes for school through the week. my evenings are very open and most weekdays I have afternoons open as well. I always have time to love on as many fur babies as I can. I have a whole room in my house dedicated to the cats. They have some scratching posts, cat towers, and all their toys to play with, and we also have a catio connected to the window so they can hangout and play out there when they want to. I like to take the dogs on walks and play with them in our fenced in yard every day.
