“Kristen has been so amazing with Sulley! He is normally hesitant around new people and he took to her so quickly! She is great at playing with him and respects my instructions. She is empathetic and goes beyond to help — even my sweet four year old cat who is afraid of everyone immediately walked out to greet her! She is going to be a regular visitor for Sulley and myself. ❤️”

“Ande was a reliable and courteous pet sitter! She messaged me each day to let me know she had been by the house, and she sent a couple photos as well. I first met Ande last summer when she was the foster mom of my cat Poppi. It's always hard to leave your pets when you go away, but it made me so happy to know that Ande and Poppi would be able to reunite while we were away.”

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and developed a deep love and respect for animals from an early age. I grew up with two cats, one of whom was truly my best friend. She was by my side 24/7 throughout my childhood, and her passing was incredibly difficult, a reminder of just how deep the bond with an animal can be. I also regularly cared for a neighbor’s dog while he was in hospice. I’ve looked after friends’ pets while they were on vacation, always making sure they felt safe, loved, and well cared for. Animals have always held a special place in my heart, they often make the most loyal and understanding companion I am currently working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. I am willing to check in on animals during week days before I go into work and after. I am ok with staying overnight as well. I am available on weekends whatever times are needed. In client’s home I follow the directions of care that they have requested for their pet. I also start by greeting the pets and making sure they get as much love as they need as it is difficult for them when their owner is not there.

“Just moved into new house in new state. Planned to visit my best buddy and his wife for Christmas. But had to find someone to watch over my kitty! Karen was my miracle solution! She was so nice, friendly, and obviously caring of my little man. (He took to her immediately.) Thank you so much Karen. I'm looking forward to my kitty being in trusty hands on my next excursion!”

“I wholeheartedly recommend Briana. This was my first time using Rover, and I was a bit nervous about leaving my pets and home with a virtual stranger. But, right away Briana’s thoughtfulness and informativeness reassured me. My pets received the care and attention they needed, and Briana went out of her way to help. She is knowledgeable and passionate about animals, and she is willing to learn. Furthermore she balances professionalism and friendliness. I really appreciated the daily updates and pictures, and I definitely would entrust her to care for my pets again in the future.”

“Jessica is great! She always takes very good care of our cat Neo and he enjoys her visits. We always feel good knowing Jessica is looking after Neo when we go out of town.”

“Thanks Teri! You did a terrific job! I would highly recommend Teri to watch your pets. From the first time she met my boys they took a liking to her and I could tell they were going to be friends. I don’t like to leave my pets with just anyone, they mean to much to me, but I will leave them with Teri anytime! Thanks again Teri!!”

“Lindsey is extremely kind, prompt and very meticulous about her work with animals. Our dogs both enjoyed their time with her, especially our boy Max who was treated to a walk to his favorite location in Martinsburg. We are looking forward to future visits with Lindsey, and would definitely recommend her. 😊”

About: I've been pet sitting since I was 15. I've had experience with dogs as small as a 5lb mini chihuahua to a giant great pyrenees. I currently live with a rottweiler named Ruby and a cat named PJ (short for pajama). I'd love to meet your animals! I am currently working from home and have a lose schedule so I am super available to take care of any needs you might have. Dogs or other animals that require extra care, like multiple walks a day or lots of attention, are no problem for me! If needed/wanted I am able (and would love to) take extra time to play with your animals so more than their basic needs are met. I recognize that animals need more than just food and water, social and play time are just as important. Plus, I am pretty good at feeding animals as well.

About: I have been a dog sitter and walker since I was 12. I had a senior pup at home who required a lot of care, so I consider myself knowledgeable with older dogs. I am a recent college graduate looking to walk dogs on the weekends. I have plenty of time to play with your pup(s) between study sessions for my board exam! I have a cat who roams freely about the cabin, so I would prefer to play with your dog at your home or outside. I will respect any given boundaries for a walk or ride to a park.

“Grace has cat sit doing drop in visits for my cat Kateri countless times. She is responsible, on time, and sends cute photos of my cat when I’m away. I can tell my cat enjoys Grace’s company and she is a reliable sitter. Thank you Grace for your hard work!”

About: I grew up having multiple pets at a time. I’ve watched pets for friends, family, and neighbors throughout the years. My pets are one of my favorite things about waking up and coming home each day. I am currently unemployed, because I just moved back home. I’m trying to earn a little money as well as help you out with your furry four-legged family members. I have a fenced in yard, and a good sized house for your dog(s) to explore and use. I have 5 friendly fur babies that can be put away if need be.

About: HELLO ALL! Thank you for considering me to provide care for your fuzzy family members! I am a kennel tech at an obedience school where I’ve met and handled dogs of all breeds, sizes and temperaments. I’ve worked with local rescues and will be starting an apprenticeship to be a dog trainer in the near future! I work full-time at an Obedience School so all of my time is dedicated to caring for animals of any kind. Off and On the clock. Including my own Furry Friends 🩷 I have a reactive large dog and a cat at home. So I am not accepting in-home boarding or daycare, however I am free to come to your home and provide dog walking services. I am open to other requests, please feel free to contact me with any questions!

Amanda B.
“Amanda B is one of the most responsible, caring and animal loving individuals I've ever known. In middle and high school, she took care of many of the neighborhood pets while neighbors were away. They trusted her implicitly with their dogs, cats, ferrets and even hamsters. Her services were in high demand! She grew up with 2 dogs from the time she was 8 years old and loved them with all of her heart and soul. She bathed, fed, walked and played with them throughout the course of their lives. It broke her heart when she was not home for the loss of one of her 2 dogs, Cosmo, because she was away at college, so she always gives extra love to the remaining family dog, Henry. I would trust her with the lives of all of our animals.”
