About: I have been pet-sitting in my hometown for over 5 years, and I worked for two years in high school at my local vet clinic. I am trained in giving all types of medications, and I have substantial experience in working with animals in all states of health. I have also been exposed to a wide variety of pet behaviors, so I am comfortable working with pets that may need extra attention and care. I also have several senior pets and have fostered kittens in the past, so I love working with pets of all ages! I have spent my entire life loving animals, beginning with the family pets I grew up with. This led me to the veterinary field, where I began fostering and rescuing animals. Through this work, I discovered I have a particular love for senior pets, which led to my family adopting 5 senior dogs and one cat. Currently, I am a pre-veterinary student at Mizzou and I hope to become an Emergency Mixed-Animal Veterinarian! While I am excited to be pursuing my dreams, I really miss my pets and all of the animals I used to work with, so I am looking to fill that void here at school! I am a full time student, and my class schedule varies from day to day. I am usually on campus from 9-3 during the week, and I would love to work with any pets that need care outside of those hours or on the weekends! I strive to provide the best care to every animal I work with by making their comfort my top priority. I know how hard it is to be away from your pets, so I treat every pet how I would want mine to be treated. Outside of my professional experience with animals, I just really enjoy hanging out and spending time with them! So, you can trust that your pets will be loved, spoiled, and excellently cared for while you are away :) I work hard to establish trust with every animal I work with, to ensure that they are as comfortable as possible. I know how stressful it can be for pets when their owners are away, so I try my best to keep them happy and stress-free! I am happy to give medications, play with your pets, or simply hang out with them in order to provide the best quality care.

About: I am a veterinary student and have extensive experience caring for animals in many capacities. I am comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and cats. I have classes during the day most days, but will be able to either drop by in early morning or afternoon/evening! I am more thank happy to work with times as long as I have sufficient notice. I will follow any guideline you set for your animals in order to keep them safe. I will not give them anything unapproved, and I am familiar with signs of distress or illness in animals. This will help me to make sure your pet is doing well in my time watching them. I can accommodate for longer walks for high energy dogs, or lots of indoor play or cuddle time. I can be calm and patient with animals that are slow to trust new people, and will take the best care of your pets!

“Elle has an obvious knack with animals. Our older cat is usually reserved with strangers but instantly loved her. All of our animals do. Elle has been so easy to communicate with. We will absolutely book again in the future.”

My days are all about making sure these furry friends get the love, exercise, and attention they deserve. Mornings kick off with walks or potty breaks, followed by feeding and playtime. Throughout the day, I fit in more walks, drop-ins, or daycare sessions tailored to each pet's unique needs. One of the best parts? My home has an amazing acre of fenced-in yard where pets can run free and play to their heart's content. Plus, I've even installed a DIY doggy door so they can come and go as they please. It's the perfect setup for them to feel right at home. Evenings are all about longer walks, cuddles, and winding down together before bed. On a weekly basis, I make sure to balance pet care with my personal schedule, so I'm always available for your pets, whether it's during the week or on weekends. My goal is to create a safe, loving space where pets feel like they're part of the family. For me, pet care isn't just a job—it's my passion! If your dog is more low-energy, that's great too—they can hang out with me and be my buddy. No one is ever left feeling lonely here. My home is a lot like a dog park, with plenty of fenced in outside space for them to enjoy. If your dog does well at the dog park, I’m confident they’ll thrive with me!

About: I am an animal science major and absolutely adore animals! I grew up with 2 dogs and have taken care of friends dogs and cats over the past year while also house sitting. I am working part time at a horse clinic while also going to class. I have time in between classes to take out, feed or play animals and after work I can attend to them as well. I live in an apartment so I will not be able to do over nights but would love to take your dog on a walk and play with them to meet their exercise needs!

About: I LOVE animals of all sorts. I've personally had cats for 23 years. I also have a bunny. I have taken care of other people's dogs for the past few years, and have been cat-sitting and house sitting for about 15 years. I am currently working full time but able to make my own hours at work, to make sure that there is adequate time for your furbaby. I provide tons of snuggles, attention, walks for dogs (or cats if they are trained to do so) at your preference. Available for walks, drop-ins and overnights. I am currently unable to care for your pets in MY home because I have 2 cats and a bunny, but I can provide tons of affection, clean their litterbox and/or yard poops daily. If your dog or cat is playful, I am happy to engage with them in that way as well to exert energy.

About: I grew up in the country surrounded by all types of animals. Pups, cats, bunnies, goats, guinea pigs were all part of my life growing up and giving them a good life meant the world to me. Regardless of the animal it's gonna get a world of enthusiasm and love. I'm currently a full time student but I have time during Wednesday, Fridays and weekends that I would very much like to spend helping take care of pets. I think the best way to keep any pet safe and cared for is to simply be present. That and being mindful of any special needs or wants of the pet.

“Vincent is an empathetic person who is thoughtful of humans and animals alike. He has a deep love for nature and all critters. I have known him his entire life and watched his compassion for all creatures, his pets included, grow from an early age. He is responsible in the care of animals, making sure their physical and emotional needs are met. He has a wide range of experience from farm livestock to small fragile pets. He treats pets with dignity to ensure they are comfortable, safe, and happy. Animals love his calm demeanor, and they are drawn to his tenderness. He is responsible and I would trust him with any animal.”

Drew W.
“Drew Walker is an outstanding young man who loves animals, especially dogs and cats. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Drew grew up with dogs as pets and treated each one with love and patience. He has "dog sat" our pet many times. Drew has given us the freedom to travel by always being willing to take care of our Finnie. Whether it's for 1 day or 1 week, we know we can call on Drew. He has stayed in our home many times with our dog. Drew is responsible and would be a good choice to care for your pet.”

She will keep you updated on your pets the whole time they are in her care. I know we worry about our babies when you’re gone, but Michelle will keep your mind at ease with those updates. She knows how to handle dogs who show bad behaviors and dogs who might have had traumatic experiences. She is patient and will not be afraid to care for these type dogs. Overall I know from personal experience Michelle will be the best person to watch your pups.”
