I have a very flexible schedule so my schedule is pretty much open and I can change to whatever I needs it to change to. I take care of animals the way I parent my own child. I agree with a gentle approach and an understandable approach. I do not agree with hitting dogs or rubbing their faces in accidents. I'm also very patient.
