About: I've owned dogs for 50 years. My love of dogs has even trickled down to my grand daughters, who actually call me Dogpaw instead of grandpa, lol. (that is true, btw) I am retired and actually prefer the company of animals to humans these days. Being retired gives me a lot of flexibility. My home is equipped with a dog door (medium size - up to probably 40 pounds can come and go as they please to the fenced backyard. I am 70 years old and retired from the music business. I have owned dogs every year for the last 50 years, though to be fair, my last two dogs were Terriers that lived to be 19 and 18, so just two for the last 37. I have lots of experience recognizing dogs' illness or need to see a vet. We have a great walking area less than a block from our house with a small park area. I have a fenced backyard and as mentioned, a nice, nearby walking area and neighborhood. My house has a dog door that allows most dogs up to 40 pounds or so easy access to the backyard. I typically walk most weekday mornings for a couple of miles, if the dog's ae and condition allow.

About: I’ve cared for cats and dogs for a majority of my life. I currently have two pointers and a 8 year old cat. Just like my animals are family, I will treat yours like family! I do this to supplement my income as I got laid off and I’m due to have my first child in November! I greatly appreciate any bookings I can get :) I do whatever it takes to make them happy. About: Since I was young I have LOVED dogs- my sister once said I started asking for a dog as soon as I learned to speak. I pet sat frequently when I was younger to fill that desire to be around animals. Finally, I got a dog, and after an amazing 15 years with her I’m back looking to care for other people’s pets as my own while they’re away. I have the patience and care needed to comfort animals in an unfamiliar situation while their family is out. I love to take photos of animals I’m watching so you know they’re happy and healthy and having as good of a time as you are! UPDATED INFORMATION: After a couple of years of watching Rovers, I fell in love with a little pup at the SPCA and now have a dog of our own in the house! He is incredibly friendly, fixed, and fully vaccinated. His SPCA paperwork described him as “the friendliest little boy,” and it is so true!! I currently work from home, so any boarding at our home will be round the clock attention for your pet! Otherwise, I can easily travel mid-day for potty breaks and walks. Your animal would have free range of our home, or we would be happy to crate them if provided with their own crate (your preference). We have a small yard for potty breaks, and we also back up to a walking trail that’s perfect for mid-day walks!! Since I work from home I’m available to take them out as often as needed and am free for mid-day walks with them as well.

About: My journey with animals started when I was a kid; I remember my very first dog. He was a lab mix, and his name was Dopey. He was indeed dopey, and I loved him more for it. From the moment I met him, I knew I wanted to always be around animals. My professional career began in 2019 as a bather at a common Petstore. I worked there for a few months before deciding I wanted a more personal environment to care for the animals and get quality time with them, so I left corporate to work for mom and pop grooming salons, daycares and boarding facilities. To gain more knowledge to help care for the animals, I attended Animal Behavior College in Vet Assistance and obtained my Animal CPR certification. With that in hand, I decided to work in a vet office to help further educatemyself for the animals. While working at a Vet Office, I became a Lead Bather and quickly gravitated toward special needs, aggressive and elderly pups. I currently work at a mom and pop grooming Salon in Allen, Tx. I'm working part-time at a grooming salon, so I have plenty of availability to work with. I have early morning availability for walks and home visits and availability after 3:30pm. I have 2 furniture kennels and a pop up kennel. I have multiple running water fountains through my home. I have two dogs of my own, who are walked 4 to 5 times a day. We tend to do short walks in grass during the heated afternoons.

About: I have always loved the company of animals since I was young. I am currently a teacher, and have a lot of free time and the afternoon and evening! I am eager to get outside in the better weather and spend some time with a furry friend! I am currently a teacher and I have long lunch breaks and a lot of free times after school. My weekends are also uneventful and I spent a lot of time with my dog. I live very close to the Rowlett fire station and I love using campus grounds to walk or play with my close to large fields and trails where there is a lot of room for your pet to run and play. If I am not available for some reason my roommate would be more than happy to play with your pet. She has lived with animals for all her life.

About: I have been caring for my own dogs and close family and friends pets for about 10 years now. I have always had a dog, since I can remember and I have always loved animals. I take my dog outside to use the restroom once every hour, more if he shows signs of needing to use the restroom. I do exercise daily, so if your pet needs that I can provkde it. I know what each breed of dogs needs as far as care, so if you have medicine that needs to be administered during care I can do that too. I’m very outgoing and flexible with my schedule. I provide a lot of after hours and weekend care. That’s when I am most available to spend the most quality time I work from home so I have a lot of free time during the day to play, go for walks and even some grooming if needed. I have a fenced apartment complex that has areas for dogs to use the restroom and play, there are many doggy bag stands around and a big open field right across the street.
