“Susan did a wonderful job caring for our dog Rio. Rio stayed at Susan's home for a week while we were out of town. Rio was in mutiple foster homes before we adopted him and we were not sure how he would respond to being in another new home while we were on vacation. From the meet-and-greeet to allowing Rio stay with her for a half-day prior to our trip, Susan went above and beyond to ensure that we, and our dog, felt comfortable before leaving him for an extended period of time. We knew that Susan and Rio had made a positive connection when the first thing he did when he saw Susan after the meet-and-greet was to jump into her lap to request belly rubs. Susan was always responsive with her communication and ensured that we received photos, messages, and video clips each day we were on our trip. It was such a joy seeing our little guy running, playing, and hearing all about how he went on walks and got to snuggle with Susan in bed at night. It gave us so much peace of mind to know that Rio was in a safe, caring home with someone who truly loves caring for dogs.”

“Kayla was more than I could’ve ever asked for when searching for someone to board my 12 week old kitten!! Before booking Kayla, she communicated with me in depth when answering my questions and always responded promptly. She also asked me a few questions to assure we would be a good match, which showed me that she truly cared about me and my kitten’s needs. Upon arriving at her house, Kayla greeted me wearing a cat sweater (that immediately warmed my heart) and her friendly cats also came to hello at the door. My kitten (Pepper) was introduced to Kayla’s “kitty suite” which had a twin sized bed, cat towers, a litter box, and all kinds of interactive toys to make my sweet kitty feel comfortable. Kayla sent me photos and videos daily which made me feel less anxious since I could actually see Pepper having a great time rather than just try to assume. When I was close to Kayla’s house to take Pepper back home, Kayla offered to go ahead and pack Pepper back up and put her in her carrier so she will be ready to go upon my arrival. When I got home, I was so surprised to see that Kayla gifted Pepper with the cutest miniature cat-bag, some temptations purée, two small toys, and a Polaroid photo she took of Pepper during their time together!! WOW. Talk about going above and beyond! I trust Kayla with my sweet kitty and will book her again in a heartbeat the next time Pepper needs a sitter. Your cat(s) would love their stay with Kayla! 🐱✨”
