About: my family and I have been with Rover for 4 years and we LOVE meeting new friends and pets 🤗 we have 3 very friendly cats so prefer pets who also like kitties! We live in a beautiful town home in the Kensington subdivision of Moody. We have a fenced in backyard. I offer a free meet and greet before booking as well 🤗 I’m a Stay at Home Mom and homeschool my 3 kids, 8-17 yrs old they love having dogs around :) we have alllll the time to give your puppers alllllll the attention! Sundays, we go to church from 9-12 other than that I’m home besides grocery runs or activities We are a Smoke free, kid friendly home filled with love! About: With over 20+ years of experience in the veterinary profession, I understand many concerns that pet parents have about leaving the care of their pets in someone else’s hands. I’m well versed in caring for dogs and cats of all age ranges. If you need someone to give your pet its medication, I’ve got you covered! If I see anything that concerns me about their health, I’ll bring that to your attention, so you can talk to your vet about that. A trusting relationship with a pet caretaker starts with good communication and attention to detail, and those are just two of my strong points. I’m committed to making sure your pets are well taken care of and doing what I can to put your mind at ease. I recently moved back to Alabama, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available seven days a week from 7:00am-6:00pm, including holidays. How much time I can spend with your pet will be dependent on how many other appointments are scheduled on the same day, and what travel time is required. Your pet’s safety is my highest priority; therefore, I require that all dogs are leash walked, unless you have a fenced yard, and your only expectation is that they have free time in the yard. I can take care of four pets maximum per household, but if there are extenuating circumstances, we can discuss this. If your pet requires medication, all medication must be labeled and set out in an obvious location. If there are any specific instructions you have that aren’t on the label, those instructions must be written out clearly.
About: I have animal experience in a shelter setting and in a medical setting. I’m currently working at a veterinary office as a kennel attendant. I’m also able to administer medications orally or via injections. I work from 8-6, but I get a two hour lunch. I’m able to drop in and check on animals in the mornings, on my lunch break and after work. I’m always mindful of an animals mood and try to adjust accordingly. If there’s treats, toys or routine that make an animal comfortable the that’s what I try to follow.
