We experienced an extreme winter storm during our trip that caused multiple flight cancellations, and Sarah was more than accommodating with our extended return and a true all-star in a heavy snowfall. That flexibility and understanding made a stressful situation so much easier. Leaving our 15 year old senior dog is always scary, but Sarah did a wonderful job caring for Rex and making sure his needs were met all while keeping our higher energy dog Bronty calm and comfortable.
