“I just moved to Pennsylvania from New York a few weeks ago and my 14 year old pup Sammy had been struggling to adjust. I soon needed care for him as I was scheduled to have surgery. Additionally, I was reluctant to leave him with a boarder for fear he would be caged and unhappy. Jahada was well recommended by a family friend, so I booked her. Upon Sammy's new vet's recommendation, I took Sammy to meet Jahada ahead of tine to ensure his comfort. Well, my fears were unfounded. Sammy took to Jahada immediately and made hinself at home. When it was time for his 4 day stay, Sammy went to Jahada easily and didn't look back. Jahada sent me daily pictures of Sammy and provided written updates. She gave him his medications each day and ensured he was well fed and loved. Sammy even made friends with another senior dog. When I picked Sammy up, he was delighted to see me. I could tell he had a good time with Jahada, as he was playful, full of energy, and slept very well when it was his bedtime. I am so happy my dog was in good hands with Jahada and will be making plans to bring him back for more doggy care in February when I take out of town travel.”

About: I’ve grown up with pets and have experience with special needs animals, seniors and kittens/puppies. I can administer medicine and am very cognizant of a pet’s personality. For example I have a timid cat, a menace cat and a love bug cat. My Siberian husky is more cat than dog too. I can do drop ins or board dogs in my home. I can also stop by for walks. For the board ins I prefer to take in only dogs because I don’t want to stress the kitty crew out, but I’d be available to come do drop ins for the cats. My yard isn’t completely fenced so I’d probably take the doggos to the park at apple grove and for walks around town. I have three friendly cats and my husky also loves dogs.

For drop-in visits, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get bathroom breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention. I also check the home environment to ensure everything is secure and clean before I leave. For walks, I focus on safe leash handling, awareness of surroundings, and pacing the walk to your dog’s energy level and comfort. Communication is important to me, so I always provide updates after each visit or walk so you know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make every experience calm, consistent, and positive—for both you and your pet.

“Adriana was great! We had to book at the last minute because we were traveling through and accidentally booked a hotel that didn’t allow pets. She was very accommodating. She sent us lots of photos of our dog during his stay. He clearly felt very comfortable at her house based on the photos. She is very friendly and her own dog is so sweet. If we ever need a dogsitter when traveling through Scranton again, we will definitely use Adriana.”

“I just moved to Pennsylvania from New York a few weeks ago and my 14 year old pup Sammy had been struggling to adjust. I soon needed care for him as I was scheduled to have surgery. Additionally, I was reluctant to leave him with a boarder for fear he would be caged and unhappy. Jahada was well recommended by a family friend, so I booked her. Upon Sammy's new vet's recommendation, I took Sammy to meet Jahada ahead of tine to ensure his comfort. Well, my fears were unfounded. Sammy took to Jahada immediately and made hinself at home. When it was time for his 4 day stay, Sammy went to Jahada easily and didn't look back. Jahada sent me daily pictures of Sammy and provided written updates. She gave him his medications each day and ensured he was well fed and loved. Sammy even made friends with another senior dog. When I picked Sammy up, he was delighted to see me. I could tell he had a good time with Jahada, as he was playful, full of energy, and slept very well when it was his bedtime. I am so happy my dog was in good hands with Jahada and will be making plans to bring him back for more doggy care in February when I take out of town travel.”

About: I’ve grown up with pets and have experience with special needs animals, seniors and kittens/puppies. I can administer medicine and am very cognizant of a pet’s personality. For example I have a timid cat, a menace cat and a love bug cat. My Siberian husky is more cat than dog too. I can do drop ins or board dogs in my home. I can also stop by for walks. For the board ins I prefer to take in only dogs because I don’t want to stress the kitty crew out, but I’d be available to come do drop ins for the cats. My yard isn’t completely fenced so I’d probably take the doggos to the park at apple grove and for walks around town. I have three friendly cats and my husky also loves dogs.

“Carissa was a great sitter for Lennox - he seems to have enjoyed her care and the company of her pet, Judge. He came back happy! During his stay with her, Carissa kept in touch with me with appropriate updates, including photos and a few short videos. She was flexible on drop off and pick up times, which was great because my return home was delayed a little bit with traffic. I’d recommend her for sure and already booked Lennox for another stay with her in a few weeks!”
About: I will give your dog(s) my undivided attention. They will be fed and taken for walks. I will engage with them throughout the day, as I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. I will care for them just like they were my own pet. Being a dog owner myself, I understand how much they mean to their families. In case of an emergency at home or work, I will provide the necessary care for your dogs. I have a unique bond with every dog I meet and truly enjoy their company, ensuring they receive plenty of affection. In the past, I have cared for my family's dogs, feeding and walking them nearly every day. I am knowledgeable about how to handle dogs safely. “If I could give more than five stars, I would—honestly, this was one of the most above-and-beyond experiences we’ve ever had with any service, not just dog sitting. From the very beginning, she was kind, communicative, and incredibly professional—but what truly blew us away was everything that happened *after* we booked her for what was supposed to be just a single day. Due to unexpected circumstances on our end, that one day turned into three… and she handled it with nothing but grace, flexibility, and genuine care. Not once did she make us feel like it was an inconvenience. In fact, she reassured us the entire time and treated our dog like her own. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. You could tell our dog was not only well cared for, but truly happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who connects so naturally with animals, but she absolutely does. And then—when we thought we couldn’t possibly be more impressed—she somehow raised the bar even higher. She went out of her way to return our dog to us, taking not one but TWO Ubers to make sure everything worked out smoothly. Who does that?! The entire time, she maintained the most amazing attitude—warm, patient, and completely unbothered—when most people would understandably be stressed or frustrated. It’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are. She didn’t just “watch our dog”—she showed kindness, flexibility, and a level of commitment that genuinely meant a lot to us during a stressful situation.
