“Emily did an amazing job taking care of my dog Moose while I was away. She stayed at my home for several days and followed every request to the tee, including walking him 6 times a day. She went above and beyond by playing with him regularly and even bringing along her sweet dog Fletcher who quickly became Moose’s new best friend. She was careful to monitor Moose’s breathing during walks and playtime to make sure he didn’t overexert himself, since he was still recovering from the final heartworm injections he received a month ago and required a gradual increase in exercise, per the vet’s instructions. The daily updates and photos were such a relief and showed how happy and well cared for Moose was. Emily was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient throughout it all. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. I highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve had pets for my whole life . All sizes . I rescued a pug mix 2 years ago . He is 10 years old now and we are both happy to have each other. My last dog was another senior dog when he passed at 16.5 years i rescued him at 5 months . My dogs are family So work hybrid in the medical field Home on weekends and home at least 2 days a week but able to work at home when needed I have one senior dog at home who is very friendly. I have small yard but near greenway . i walk my dog all the time i live in a very quiet neighborhood.

“Julia's overall disposition with animals, my sweet Penelope, her attention to detail and preoccupation with her every comfort and her well-being leaves Julia simply unsurpassed in her service to pets! Julia responded to what appeared at first to be a simple pulled muscle with Penelope but recommended a trip to the vet which revealed that Penelope has "Disc Disease" which has now progressed to critical levels. Julia alerted me and took responsibility, even to buy horse-leg rap for her leg making splints to help Penelope walk better. She is on medication now, and unfortunately we realize now Penelope is close to dying. But Julie took notice and got us responding ASAP. Julia has been a godsend! She is smart, studies information about animals, is well read, takes classes about animals and is otherwise pursuing training and academics regarding animals. She is flexible, and is adept with a range of animals, including my pet Ball Python named Stanley! Anyone looking for a superior pet sitter would do well to associate themselves with Julia. She is simply the best!”

About: As a biology teacher, rescue worker, and pet lover I have experience caring for animals that some people have never heard of! We currently have a bearded dragon, a musk turtle, a Catahoula mix dog, and a number of fish. I love them all, and I’ll show your pets the same care and attention that I do mine. I am a full time school teacher and mother of three. If you’d like your dog socialized, I can provide socialization. If they need snuggles, snuggles abound here. If you have more than just dogs, we can talk about that, too! I know how hard it is to find people willing to care for critters that need live food, insects, a bit of hard work and more, so I'm willing to help where needed. As long as you can provide instructions, I'm willing to learn some new things too. I’m available evenings and weekends during the school year and all day every day (as long as I’m not on vacation) during the summer. Just let me know what you need! I have a fenced in yard and a dog-friendly large dog. My children are well trained in how to approach and introduce themselves to new pets.

About: When I got my first dog at 19, I fell in love with dogs, my mom has always loved animals, and I think ive definitely gotten it from her. I also had parakeets when I was 11 and loved them so much I even made a school project of the one that was specifically mine, in elementary. Since I don't go out much, animals have saved me from being bored and have filled my life with joy when Im feeling sadness. I do online school and dont have many friends to hang out with so I have plenty of time to take care of my pet and yours. I have two crates, a play pen, and love to take long walks and play outside or inside. Since I already own a dog, I have dog food, clean water, bowls, toys such as tug ropes, chuck it balls, and more. My own dog loves to meet and play with other dogs.

About: I have always loved animals from a very young age, and have had the opportunity to love and care for six of my own. I have been caring for other people’s pets for years and know how important it is to note that each animal is different and need one-on-one love and attention. I am a firm believer that pets are not just pets, but family. I have the skills to take care of dogs and cats with special diets, shy animals, and even the rambunctious ones (I have a few of those myself!). I have experience with both puppies and senior pets. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. I currently have open availability as I’ve just moved to the area. This may change at the beginning of August. I have availability for housesitting and boarding (your pet must be friendly towards other dogs), along with dog walking. I have three dogs of varying sizes (6 pounds to 90 pounds) and they are great friends and would do great with other friends in the house. In a clients home or my own I am routine and willing to do whatever I can to make the pets feel as comfortable as possible.

I have tons of room to accommodate your pets needs. I work full time M-F in Downtown Raleigh with a little bit of flexibility . I can usually do drop in visits and walks in the evenings that I work even if my calendar shows that I am unavailable I will try to work with you. I can board or house sit (or any other service) weekends. My 7 year old fur baby’s name is Bailey and she loves other pets. If your pet is staying at my home and you, for any reason, would like for your pet to be separated from Bailey that is completely fine I have the space to do that. I look forward to meeting you and your fur family!!! I work full time so I am more available to give your pet the attention they deserve for boarding or house sitting during the weekends. I can do pop in visits or walks in the evening during the week. I have a fenced in yard and my friendly Beagle that would love to help keep your pet company. If you would prefer a crate I have one for your pet to use. If your pet is chewy, I would prefer to use the crate.

About: Whether you have a dog, a cat or both I will be there for your fur-baby and their needs! For those with special needs I am very attentive. Should they just need to rest, I will be there too. I'm currently working a few hours in the early morning so I'll have plenty of time to walk, play or care for your special pet! I'm available for boarding on weekends starting Thursday night and ending Sunday night. I do not have other animals or children in my home, only an occasional g-child, so I can accommodate a pet with high needs. I also have room to create a dog if needed.
