“Alyssa took great care of our cats, Misty & Fae over the Labor Day weekend. Misty requires prescription wet food and 2 medications (opened capsule & measured liquid) added to her food. Alyssa came for a meet & greet visit during the week before the weekend so she could meet the girls, see their environment & understand their food schedule & medication dosing schedule for Misty. About: I have lived with cats and dogs my entire life. Taken care of neighbors’ and co-worker’s pets. Previously worked for a cat vet, so giving medications is not a problem. Recently retired and looking to stay busy! I currently live with three of my own dogs and I’m finding extra free time these days. About: I am a Registered Veterinary Technician with over 20 years of pet medical experience, pet care, cat rescue, and TNR work. I have volunteered at Animal Rescue, Inc, walking dogs and caring for cats. I also volunteered for feral cat spay/neuter clinics. For over 20 years I have provided complex daily care, including medical needs, for my personal pets. This, and petsitting, have previously been accomplished during full time employment as a veterinary technician at veterinary hospitals. I have provided petsitting many times in owners' homes in the past. I can also pick up mail, water plants, close curtains, turn lights on and off, etc.
About: I have been house & pet sitting since I was a young teenager. I take pride in being responsible and leaving things better than I found them. I am comfortable with all ages of dogs & cats, and I have provided special care to senior dogs who needed home cooked meals & medication. About: I have had cats and a dog that I made sure were well taken care of. I love taking care of animals whether mine or other people's. I work in the mornings until 12pm and have off in the afternoon, so I will have time in the afternoon and evenings to take care of other people's animals I have several leashes to use to walk dogs and I have gates and crates that I can block of certain areas of the house to make sure they are safe.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
