We had a meet and greet the same day, and I got to see her friendly and enthusiastic confidence with my dog in her home and neighborhood. I have a sweet but willful older lab and she totally handled him. She used good techniques in introducing him to her dog and the neighborhood "pack", giving me confidence that she is an experienced dog handler. Two other things that really stood out for me. Beauty is super responsive. She reached out proactively and returned my messages right away, with LOTS of pictures that let us know our boy was doing great. She also LISTENED. I had some concerns based on my dog's idiosyncracies, and I felt she 100% understood and respected my wishes. Also, by the time we returned after a week, her descriptions of him were so right on I could tell she had a real bead on his personality. This is someone who really goes the extra mile. No kids, married for over 40 years and living on a small farm in White Hall where we care for our menagerie of 4 legged friends. We know first hand how hard it is to find reliable help to look after our animals and the farm when we need to leave for anything more than a long day. Our alpacas are registered breeding stock and the guineas are for general amusement. But, the cats and dogs are all rescues, receive regular vet care and are fed on a routine schedule. We care deeply about their well being, nurse them like children when they are sick and spend a great deal of time and effort keeping them healthy and happy. We are regulars with our local vet and feed mill and know the area well. Hard work and long days are par for the course for us. Our common sense is well polished and we pay great attention to detail and feel quality communication is key to any relationship. We have been renovating a small farm house for many years, a work in progress as they say. We like to do business in the local community and are now in a position to offer our experience to the pet owners in our area. We are professional without being stuffy and want all animals to enjoy a high quality of life. As a full time photographer, I work in my studio most days and sometimes weekends too. Pets are either with me in the studio, or in the house with us at night. Your dogs join me in the studio on days I am working there, and they'll have one feline companion. I enjoy dogs that are laid back and my husband enjoys energetic dogs. Together with all that goes on at the farm, owners always tell us they are very relaxed when they go home.

I am able to come to someone's home also. I also work in the evenings Wednesday through Sunday so I am able to care for animals in the mornings and all day on the days that I am off from my regular job which is Monday and Tuesday. If you need an overnight sitter I can do that as well. My schedule at work is usually 7 hrs and I would be able to come stay a night after I get off work. We can discuss that at a later time upon booking if needed. I take my dog out on the leash because of the place that I live at doesn't have a fenced in yard. Watch them closely when not on leash. My parents raised Labrador Retrievers while I was growing up and we competed in hunt test trials with them. We earned several Master Hunter titles with our labs. Everyday is an adventure and we wouldn't know what to do without him. Daily meals, walks, play time, potty breaks and cuddles are our everyday events. I have a nice size yard with neighbors on both sides who have fenced in yards so you Furr baby will have plenty of safe and secure room to explore, I also have a gated in kitchen area of my home and have a crate I can set up as well if requested, I also do allow pets on the furniture they are family after all!

About: I've taken care of pets for as long as I can remember, from farm animals to rodents, cats and dogs, reptiles & fish and even a deer! I've taken care of senior pets and very young pets! Pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine because I work part time - a couple hours here and there. Other then that I'm home with my 10 month old baby boy who is excited to meet your pets! I do have my front yard fenced in but it is not the whole yard. I have a big back yard with a field behind! I can crate your dog if needed or just let them hang out with me while they’re here!

We had a meet and greet the same day, and I got to see her friendly and enthusiastic confidence with my dog in her home and neighborhood. I have a sweet but willful older lab and she totally handled him. She used good techniques in introducing him to her dog and the neighborhood "pack", giving me confidence that she is an experienced dog handler. Two other things that really stood out for me. Beauty is super responsive. She reached out proactively and returned my messages right away, with LOTS of pictures that let us know our boy was doing great. She also LISTENED. I had some concerns based on my dog's idiosyncracies, and I felt she 100% understood and respected my wishes. Also, by the time we returned after a week, her descriptions of him were so right on I could tell she had a real bead on his personality. This is someone who really goes the extra mile.
