“Sean and I refer to Michael as "Uncle Mike," because the second we walked through the door with our boys for the meet and greet - he made all four of us feel welcome and at home. Uncle Mike is a very special man with a heart of gold. He has a true gift for making dogs feel loved and comforted, and making sure they are cared for properly. While we were on vacation, he loved and took care or our boys as if they were his own. We got picture updates that melted our hearts and were completely at ease knowing they were in his care. We will GLADLY recommend him to anyone in the area for their dog sitting needs. We consider ourselves blessed to have found him.”

I would highly recommend them to anybody. The house was vey clean and a lot of safety features in place. When I picked up CoCo ; she had a little attitude because she didn’t want to come home. Hmmmm! As Doug promised Juniper was asleep 1 minute after getting in the car. They are experienced dog owners with a home that’s perfectly situated for pet sitting. I was updated with photos several times during the day. My daughter & I were able to enjoy a full day at Niagara Falls without a worry. If you are considering Doug & Shandra you should do it! Your pets will thank you!”

Very prompt with responding to messages, she took amazing care of our four puppies and she sent me videos during their stay. I would definitely recommend her for your fur babies. “My husband and I were nervous we would not be able to find a sitter for our dog Enzo for our wedding weekend. Enzo is a more advanced dog, and requires more attention than most, due to his aggression with other dogs. From the moment we met Brent and Jennifer, we knew he would be in great hands. Both of them are confident and competent experienced dog owners, and gracefully handled all of Enzo's dog run ins. We received nightly updates and pictures filling us in with what Enzo did that day. It was our first time leaving Enzo alone for more than one night, and were nervous (plus nerves from our upcoming nuptials), but Brent and Jennifer calmed our nerves. I would have them watch Enzo over and over again and recommend them to anyone! It is a shame they do not live in London!”

“People are always saying dogs (and kids) behave differently when you're not around. I explained that Archie takes a bit of time to warm up to other dogs but is mostly just vocal about "warning them off". The first picture she sent was of him surrounded by 4 other dogs! LOL Either he just decided to make the best of being outnumbered or wanted to make me look a big fibber! At any rate, he seemed to have a lovely time with Kelly and the other dogs over the weekend and we would definitely book again when the situation arises. Thanks for taking care of my bossy buddy!”

I always feel extremely comfortable when Julia watches my dog, she has been my pet sitter for over a year (before she was on the Rover App) and I have the utmost trust in her to keep my dog happy, and well cared for when I am away. She is excellent at keeping me updated with pictures and texts to let me know that pup is getting walks, and all of the attention she deserves when Julia stays with her!
