“This was the first time Luka stayed with Genevieve and her son Alex. It was an overnighter! It was the first time in a long time that Luka was away overnight. While Luka showed some signs of anxiety i believe Genevieve and Alex handled it with the utmost of compassion. They are really focused on the pets they care for. At pick up time Luka was still very attentive to both of them and showing signs of affection in her own ways. When she got home, she was very calm and right back into her routine. I have nothing but positive feelings about her stay and care. Also very important, Genevieve communicates well with owners which is very helpful in knowing how things are going. “What an EXCEPTIONAL experience for Madsen, my sweet cocker spaniel!!! I could not have asked for two better people to care for my baby. From the moment we met them at the meet-and-greet, I knew I had found the golden ticket. Madsen immediately acted as if she had found her new best friends. She seemed so excited when I dropped her off that she didn’t even recognize the fact that I was leaving her there. I was completely shocked by the fact that they sent me multiple videos to show how she was doing…that she was enjoying herself. It truly eased my mind and allowed me to not think about whether she was doing okay. She was given the full run of their home and lovely yard. They are nothing but the BEST!!!!”
