About: I’m a devout animal lover with three dogs of my own (including a senior) and one cat. Caring for animals is truly one of my favorite joys in life! My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home when they’re in my care. My dogs range in age from 5-11 years and weights of 11lbs to 55lbs. My cat is 7 years old and a tabby. My senior dog has lung cancer so I’m also experienced in delivering oral medication, round the clock care and attention, and moving at their pace. Your baby will be well taken care of. I work remote so I am able to give your dog lots of love and attention throughout the day. Your dog will be able to take potty breaks every two hours in the fenced-in yard and spend time outside. We typically go for walks in the early morning and late evening. My Rover calendar is flexible updated daily so that I can support any urgent needs, where necessary. Boarding & Daycare: My ultimate goal is to give your dog a home away from home! I only board one dog at a time so that I can give them adequate individualized attention all throughout the day. You will not find a sitter in Wilmington that is as attentive as I am. My pets are kept separate during boarding. Your dog will have access to the entire first floor and the fenced in-backyard. I have a dedicated bedroom for boarding where I can sleep with dogs who may have separation anxiety to ensure they are comfortable. Drop-in visits & Walks: I‘ll take my time getting to know your dog and make sure they’re comfortable with me being there. I like to sit with them for a few minutes before and after each walk to feel out their energy levels. On walks, I recognize that this is their social time so I go at their pace and let them get plenty of sniff time. I am very respectful of your home and will follow your instructions closely.

We were in town for 2 days visiting friends and having her and her husband to take care of our children allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. She even offered to keep them till 8pm and deliver them to us. Both our babies us came home happy and exhausted. Cecilia is so passionate about caring for furbabies. I especially loved how she could read their body language and make quick adjustments to how she introduced them to her home. I’ve volunteered at an animal rescue since I was 7 years old. I worked with animals from all different backgrounds and disciplines ranging all the way from dogs to horses. I am currently working part-time so I can work around scheduling to be able to provide the best care possible for your animals at the most convenient times.
