About: I’m a stay at home mom with three dog crazy kiddos! I’ve always had dogs my entire life, and spent part of my young adulthood working as a vet tech. I have experience walking dogs for my neighbors growing up and taking care of friends’ critters. I’m home most of the day so your pup will get plenty of attention and opportunity for exercise and play time. My family and I love hanging out at home in our backyard when weather is nice and spending time with our animal crew. Nowadays, I live on three acres with my family including a little schnauzer and a flock of chickens. Your pup will be able to go on long walks and adventures as our neighborhood has lots of trail options! My kids are in school most of the day, and are very responsible and good with all animals. Your pup will get lots of socialization and love with us. Your fur baby will be in good hands with us!

About: I have been an animal lover since the day I was born. Caring for my four legged friends (sometimes 3) has always been my specialty! When I was little I would bring hurt/lost animals home to my mom and we'd care for them until they were better, or until we found the owners! I have experience with all sizes, breeds, disabilities, and I'm currently certified in Pet CPR and First Aid. If there's anyone you should feel comfortable leaving your fur baby with, it's me! About: I have been blessed to grow up with a variety of animals in and around my home. I’ve had a variety of dogs that have ranged from 12lbs to 200lbs. I’ve also had cats in the home, as well. I have taken care of the basics of feeding them, giving clean water (daily), maintaining the litter box (as needed) and even giving insulin injections (to both felines and dogs). I’ve trained many of my larger breed dogs and my service dog. Bathing, feeding, walking and not just for my pets, but also friends & family. Since my sweet Bella (pictured) passed I actually have a 20lb Boston Terrier, named Lucy, now. I also live on a farm where we have 3 miniature horses and one thoroughbred big boy. I’m very flexible in my schedule and if I was needed to stay for extended periods of time, my animals would be taken care of. I’ve been on medical disability for 4 1/2yrs now. Other than my appointments I have throughout the week, my only other commitment is the upkeep of my home and taking care of my animals. I would not be bringing clients pets to my home, as it’s a spacious and fenced in yard; however, we have one dog who doesn’t play well with others. In a client’s home, unless asked by the owner, the only thing I would remove from the home (temporarily), would be the pet. I’m very cautious with another’s fur baby; so, I would treat it as my own with love, snuggles and a gentle touch. I’m always aware of my surroundings, especially with something so precious, to another. I’ve always been described as very trustworthy and compassionate, with people, as well as, with their animals. Pampering and maintaining a secure environment for your animal(s), no matter the type or the amount you may have. This way, you know that one of your family members is in the best hands possible while you take a vacation for your own self-care.

About: My husband and I have an 11 year old German short haired pointer and recently lost our 13 year old Wheaten Terrier/King Charles Spaniel mix. I have taken care of my parents dogs when they are out of town and have stayed at many client’s homes the past several years to care for their dogs while they are on vacation. I would feed them twice a day and give potty breaks before and after work. I work for GCPS from 745-315 so I would be available for afternoon / evening drop-ins / walks and any days that school is closed. I love spending time with dogs and cats, whether it's outside playing or cuddling in the house. I have given my dogs medication to swallow when prescribed by their veterinarian as well as cleaning out their ears every 2-3 times a week for normal hygiene. I will follow all duties assigned to me to care for your pet. I work on the Goochland County Public Schools calendar from 745-315 Monday - Friday unless other wise stated on the calendar. I would be available all day on the days school is closed. I will provide feedings, potty breaks, walks, inside/outside activities as needed/wanted per your request. I enjoy cuddling and petting with pets, if that is what they enjoy.
