About: I’m a dedicated dog lover offering a safe, comfortable home for your pup while you’re away. I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your dog with someone, so I treat every pet like part of the family. I have two friendly, well-socialized dogs who love having visitors and help create a fun, relaxed environment. My home also has a fully fenced backyard, so your dog can safely run, play, and get plenty of fresh air! Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, they’ll have a cozy, supervised stay here. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands :) Pet care fits well into my daily routine! I work from 7 AM to 3 PM, and my boyfriend has a later schedule, so there is usually someone home during the day. In the mornings, I make sure all dogs are fed, let out, and get some attention before I leave. During the day, they’re let out and supervised, and once I’m home, they get plenty of playtime, walks, and attention. Your dog won’t be left alone for long and will get consistent care throughout the day. I do my best to make every dog feel at home here. I keep a comfortable routine with regular meals, potty breaks, and lots of love and attention throughout the day. I take time to make sure dogs feel safe and settle in at their own pace, and I always supervise interactions. Whether your dog is playful or more laid-back, I adjust to their needs so they feel relaxed and cared for.

“I used Charissa and Alex for over a year on a monthly basis (6 days every month) and then tried to find a boarding facility closer to where I live to reduce my driving time to Ohio. We will be sure to keep your pup entertained and a great way to get exercise and affection while you’re away! If you have an older dog, I can offer one on one snuggle time and a calm relaxing environment separate from the other pups. We have 2 acres and enjoy outside playtime. We frequent the dog park in Louisa and hiking trails from Richmond to Charlottesville. Common treats are homemade chicken jerky and sardines. Please let me know if your pup is not on a tick preventative. We treat our yard with a dog safe spray but enjoy recreational activities away from home and would like to be extra cautious for your fur baby. I have full weekday and have full weekend availability! We enjoy going on walks in our neighborhood or the park close by early in the morning and late at night before it gets too hot. Depending on your pup’s age, younger ones will have tater and goose to play with. Older/calmer pups will stay with Winnie and I in a separated part of the house. About: I grew up with dogs, my grandmother used to show and breed rough collies in the 80's. Now I breed rough collies myself. I am an animal lover. I currently have dogs, cats, goats, chickens, ducks, geese, and 2 Emu's. I have a large fenced in yard, and guarantee your dog will have more fun here than they will at a boarding kennel or doggy day care. All chickens, ducks, and geese are in pens. Emu's are free range, and new dogs are closely supervised around them. Entire house has hardwood floors, is vacuumed daily, and mopped weekly or as needed. All dogs are on simparica trio, and I don't have any issues with fleas. I'm available for drop in visits any day of the week. I work from home for a small fence company, so I am free to schedule any time needed for your pets/animals. For boarding, I'm home almost all day. If I have errands or an appointment, the earliest I normally leave is 9 a.m. and get back home by 2 p.m. I prefer to have instructions for feeding, watering, etc written down so I can make sure all the animals are taken care of properly. I can also meet in person ahead of time to discuss where feed and watering supplies are kept. Boarding dogs-I'd prefer boarding dogs to be in the crate while I'm not home for safety concerns, they can run and play as long as they'd like when I'm home.

I am a stay at home mom with my newborn so my schedule is extremely flexible for feedings, walks, potty breaks, drop-ins, play times, day care, etc I will provide feedings, potty breaks, walks, inside/outside activities as needed/wanted per your request. I would not be bringing clients pets to my home, as it’s a spacious and fenced in yard; however, we have one dog who doesn’t play well with others. In a client’s home, unless asked by the owner, the only thing I would remove from the home (temporarily), would be the pet. I’m very cautious with another’s fur baby; so, I would treat it as my own with love, snuggles and a gentle touch. About: I've always had dogs in my life ever since childhood. I provide homemade meals and belly rubs. Play time and tv time! Tremendous love daily. Being At home allows my freedom to take care of my dog and yours. Free time to do multiple activities. Play time and nap time. About: I’m a dedicated dog lover offering a safe, comfortable home for your pup while you’re away. I know how important it is to feel confident leaving your dog with someone, so I treat every pet like part of the family. I have two friendly, well-socialized dogs who love having visitors and help create a fun, relaxed environment. My home also has a fully fenced backyard, so your dog can safely run, play, and get plenty of fresh air! Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, they’ll have a cozy, supervised stay here. I work from 7 AM to 3 PM, and my boyfriend has a later schedule, so there is usually someone home during the day. In the mornings, I make sure all dogs are fed, let out, and get some attention before I leave. During the day, they’re let out and supervised, and once I’m home, they get plenty of playtime, walks, and attention. Your dog won’t be left alone for long and will get consistent care throughout the day. I do my best to make every dog feel at home here. I keep a comfortable routine with regular meals, potty breaks, and lots of love and attention throughout the day. I take time to make sure dogs feel safe and settle in at their own pace, and I always supervise interactions. “I used Charissa and Alex for over a year on a monthly basis (6 days every month) and then tried to find a boarding facility closer to where I live to reduce my driving time to Ohio. That was a mistake! The care and attention Charissa and Alex provide my dog Buster is perfect and an equivalent amount was definitely not provided at the alternative facility. I now gladly tolerate the additional 30 minutes added to my 7 hr drive because I know Buster will be happy and healthy when I pick him up. They provide 5-⭐ care every month!!”

My fenced-in back yard offers a safe environment for fresh air, fun, and exercise. Dogs allowed on furniture. I have a two year old lab who loves other dogs! I can also crate if needed.

While we have had good success finding trusting and loving sitters, we really were blessed to meet Mark and Daniel. Their attention to detail prior to our pets arrival, their ability to be flexible when my scheduling mistake was uncovered, but most importantly, the level of care my pups received was top-notch. The home is clean, fenced in large yard and they really love what they do. I don't know if we will be back in that area, but if we are I will re-book with Mark and Daniel.”
