I’m often entrusted with extended and live-in care, and I take stewardship of both pets and home seriously. I’ve cared for a wide range of animals and situations, including long-term dog sitting for a couple over several years, from weekend trips to multi-week stays. Before a period of travel abroad, they even flew me to Portland to care for their dogs, Sana and Osa, and their cat Ninja during a three-week wedding trip to Mexico. Sana required extra sensitivity and daily car rides to a quiet cemetery to avoid overstimulation, which I was happy to accommodate. I’ve also house- and pet-sat for a senior couple, caring for two cats, two chickens, and managing a daily bird-feeding system for local avian visitors who were dear companions to the homeowner. In another sit, I tended to a rescue crow and her two cat companions for a full month while the owners were in India studying Vedic astrology. In many of these situations, I’ve also been responsible for watering plants, collecting mail, maintaining routines, and simply being a reassuring human presence in the home—keeping things running smoothly, lights on, and the house clearly lived-in while owners are away. I’m very comfortable accommodating unique requests and supporting both pets and homes with care and respect. I work remotely with a flexible schedule, which allows me to be present and adapt my day around your pets’ needs. I’m able to accommodate feeding schedules, walks, medication, playtime, and companionship, and I’m open to coordinating routines that support your pet’s comfort and wellbeing. I provide care in my clients’ homes, maintaining their pets’ normal routines and environment. I focus on calm, attentive presence, safety, and clear communication. I’m comfortable administering medication, managing feeding and exercise, and keeping the home clean, secure, and lived-in while you’re away. I treat each home and animal with respect, discretion, and care.

About: from young puppies to elderly pets, i can accommodate most situations and work my hardest to make your pet feel at home!! with land for trained dogs off leash or a nice clean living room for the inside cat i work for myself at home, so can be attentive and on call all day for your pets specific needs. i work in a garage just a few minutes walk from my home! may parents have a small dog in their cabin, and i have labradoodle that stays with me, or in her own home. lots of space for the trained dogs off leash to roam, or a place for the dog that needs a fenced in run!!

About: Been a proud owner of goats, cats, chickens, reptiles and dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with and cared for livestock and house pets. I am currently working full time as a CNA, my schedule is kinda wacky. I work PM shifts from 2:30pm-10:30pm, on a four on and two off rotation. In my own home I have reptiles and three cats and one older dog around. If your pet is staying with me or I’m keeping them company in your own home, I always am engaging with the pet. Any opportunity to play and have some fun, we’re doing it! If they’re more laid back and want to snooze next to me, I will relax with them.

I go far beyond this standard providing both care and training. Since I was a child, dogs and cats have gravitated toward me and I've always enjoyed their companionship; you can almost always find me with at least one dogs around. It's never been an unruly mass of teeth and paws though; I've always taken the time to teach my furry friends to walk on leash, to have immediate recall, to be polite in kitchen, and to use their voices kindly. I do the same with every animal that I am given care of, gently coaching them to be civil, furry companions while showering them with love. I am currently working from home and set my own schedule. I have a set daily morning and evening walk which your pup(s) will join. During the day, you pup(s) will have company of two dogs, three cats and plenty of pets from me. On weekends we go on adventure hikes. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company during the day. I have crates, leashes, grooming tools and home made dog beds for all pet care needs.

About: *Prices are negotiable, and of course depend on situation/timing* I love all animals and have had many kinds since I was really little... mice, chickens, horses, and everything in-between. I have experience with small dogs, large dogs, all different breeds and ages. Same with cats and other small animals. I am also stronger than I look, and have had a lot of experience with very large, very strong dogs... even with walking a few of them at a time. I trained my own dogs since I was about 10 years old, so I know how they think, and a lot about their behavioral functions. We also bred a few of my cats and dogs growing up, so I have a lot of experience with new born pups and kittens, all the way up to senior. I love doing fun activities with dogs and cats, so I don't mind making sure they stay active and have a lot to take their mind off missing their parents!

About: I’ve raised dogs my entire life including managing four litters of puppies in high school. I have walk, fed and bathed dogs since I could walk myself. Since starting graduate school I have been helping to train and raise a now two year old year old Sheepa-doodle. I’m currently in school part-time but have time to walk and play with your pup most of the week. I’m generally available for overnight house sitting as well throughout the week. If it’s a school day I can work to fit activity in with dog outside of my studies. I do my best to meet the activity, feeding and schedule set by the dog owner of each dog. I am communicative to make sure each of the dogs individual needs are being met.

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I could remember. It wasn’t until I was 17 and a few staff members somewhere I attended started getting bunny’s and needed help caring for them, that’s when it really sparked for me. I’ve worked with so many amazing pets and owners since starting rover and it has been beautiful, I would love the opportunity to provide my services to your furry family. I currently have open availability as I’m waiting for my beauty school start date. I Will update my schedule as soon as I have my class schedule. Depending on the area you live in, I will pre pick the route (unless the owner has a preference on route), duration, and distance from my location to yours. I will ensure your pet has all the necessary gear for their walks by your preference (harness, specific leash, booties) I provide water and a collapsible bowl so they stay hydrated as well. I can provide gear if needed (leash, small or large harness)

About: I’ve had pets my whole life so learned how to care for them early on. In addition I’ve taken care of tons of other pets for people, ie dogs, cats, lizards, chickens, sheep, pigs, cows. I currently have 8 dogs of my own of various breeds and sizes so I’m not intimidated by much. I’m very patient and love being able to help train young pets and care for senior pets. I have just finished school and am looking for a job in my field, but as of now have a very open schedule. I’m also very flexible with last minute jobs. I make sure to follow all rules set by pet owners and respect their wishes/boundaries. Making sure their pet is given what they need, get all the love and attention I can give during my visit, and taking care of any accidents or other things needing to be taken care of for them.

About: I have had taken care of many of my own personal pets and family pets. I have gone over to feed them and watch over them while the owners are out of town and also been in charge of giving them their medicine. I love dogs and I like playing with them. I see them as people too so I like talking to them and making a new friend. I am available most of the time since I only have a part-time job. “Sasha dropped in on my dog Willow a few times this week and I could not have asked for a better person to take care of her. Willow is very nervous around strangers, generally very distrustful and defensive, but she seemed to connect with Sasha from the start at the meet and greet. Sasha was so sweet and understanding with her, never pushing Willow to interact more than she wanted to. When she dropped in, Sasha took Willow outside and played with her (sent me the most adorable video!!), refilled her water, gave her some treats, and cuddled with her on the couch. Before she left on the last day she even cleaned up some of Willow's toys, which I am always terrible about doing. It was such a sweet gesture when I myself was already nervous about someone coming over, it put me right at ease. ? Sasha was very communicative and went above and beyond dropping in on Willow and I couldn't be more grateful. I will definitely contact her again for future drop ins when I need them!”
