He eventually figured out a working solution/routine to address the issue, which was a weight off of our shoulders while we were gone. He was responsive any time I reached out to check in or request additional things, and did not hesitate to reach out for important matters. Landon also ensured the cats had toys and treats during his visits & let them outside in the approved backyard area, which helped to make them feel comforted while we were away.
