Policies Aggressive Behavior & Owner Responsibility Policy At Pawppy Place, the safety and well-being of all pets, staff, and property is our highest priority. In order to provide a safe environment, all pet owners must be transparent and fully honest about their pet’s behavior history, including any known aggression toward people, other animals, or property. 1. Behavior Disclosure • During the screening and intake process, you are required to disclose any history of biting, snapping, lunging, or other aggressive behavior, whether toward humans or other animals. • Failure to disclose known aggressive tendencies will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of services without refund. 2. Aggression During Boarding • If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior while in our care, we will take immediate steps to ensure safety, which may include separation, the use of safety equipment, or early termination of the stay. • Aggressive behavior includes, but is not limited to, biting, attacking, excessive dominance, or property destruction. 3. Owner Financial Responsibility • The owner is fully responsible for any and all costs resulting from their pet’s aggressive actions, including: • Veterinary bills for injuries to other animals or staff • Medical expenses for humans injured • Repair or replacement costs for damaged property • All related invoices, photographs, and documentation will be provided, and payment is due within 5 business days of receipt. • If the incident involves another pet, the owner of the aggressive pet will be expected to cover the full cost of the veterinary care required for the injured pet. 4. Safety & Right to Refuse Service • Pawppy Place reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that displays aggressive behavior or presents a safety risk. • Pets with a known history of aggression toward people or other animals will not be accepted for boarding Late Pickup & Drop-off Policy 🐾 I kindly ask all clients to honor their scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. If you anticipate being late for ANY reason, please communicate with me. I do my best to be flexible, but I also manage multiple clients, personal commitments, and appointments, so respecting time helps everything run smoothly • Pick-up and drop-off times must be confirmed at booking. • If you need to adjust your times, please notify me by the day before your scheduled service — same-day changes cannot be guaranteed. • Late arrivals / pick - up’s affect my schedule and other clients. A $1 per minute late fee will be added for late pick-ups or drop-offs. • Please communicate immediately if you anticipate being late so arrangements can be made. About: I have walking experience cleaning up after pet playing or just hanging out with them whatever they are in the mood for.your pet will be the main focus for my visit This is my primary focus at this time so my schedule is pretty open for availability.i can also help with special requests if needed . I would like to meet the owners to make sure I am a good fit but I will listen and take notes on everything needed or expected for their furry friend

About: I'm located off interstate 95 making me an easy stop to drop off and pick up your pet. I currently do not have any pets of my own. I've volunteered at a number humane societies and for the general public. I have boarded a number of different spieces of furbabies and house sat for mostly friends and family for 11 years now. I have experience in wildlife rehabilitation through a course and volunteer work. If you have small animals that need baby sitting my home is open to them and I have experience with a variety of small animals. I fit every animals needs and put them into my regular routine. I believe in schedules it makes life easier for myself and the animal I'm caring for. I have a large chain link fenced yard that your pets will enjoy. I prefer to give animals enough activity so that it helps with their health.

Dogs,and cats, are part of our families, and enrich our lives. I will always treat your baby, just as you would. I grew up with dogs. When I begged my mom at 12, and got my own dog, my mom told me I would have to do the work, and my mother doesn’t play. I did the work, trained my puppy to use one side of the yard for potty. She was trained so well, she could be walked off leash, and always responded. My dog had allergy problems, at age 12 I gave my dog allergy shots. As an adult, I lived in apartments, and cats suited my life better. I babysat a few cats, one for a month, and then adopted my first cat. Another cat came for a home to my back door. Both of my cats were raised with 3 kids, harmoniously. My schedule is open, whether you need play and activity for your pets, check-ins, or overnights. Mornings, nights, or weekends, I’m here to help your family! My goal caring for your babies, in their homes, is to keep their lives as stable and consistent as possible. I know how important keeping your fur family’s lives as regular as possible is, when you can’t be there. I love your advice on the details of what your baby/babies wants and needs when you can’t be there.

“Michele did a wonderful job caring for Takoda! Was very quick to respond, and was able to help us on VERY short notice as our original sitter cancelled. Very kind and attentive to the pups needs, we forgot to put a water bowl in the room our dog was staying in, she asked if that was something he needed. Sent photo updates with each visit which helped us see Takoda was happy and comfortable hanging on the couch with her. He has some anxiety when it comes to other dogs, Michele did a great job of following our special instructions for him to make sure he stayed safe. Was kind enough to collect our mail for us as well, as I had a package delivered while we were gone. Very happy with her services, will definitely book again!”

About: When I was growing up my parents had a pet store for many years, so I’ve grown up learning and taking care of animals! Also, i’ve been pet sitting for my friends and family for 5+ years. I’ve always felt a huge connection with animals and their owners ! I’m hardworking and I have a lot of availability! I pet sit with my husband, he has a rover account as well. He grew up pet sitting for friends and family- I have back problems so we’re the best team! He does the heavy lifting and I do the cuddles. I have a very open schedule as pet sitting is my only job. i’ll be able to spend a lot of time with your pets and give them the attention and care that they need. My husband who pet sits with me works, but I will always be at your house. I spend a lot of time with your pets, we play, cuddle and they get LOTS of pets. You’ll m never have to worry! About: I’ve been in the dog industry for 3 1/2 years now! I am an excellent resolver relating to dog scuffles, a signal reader, boarding overnights, provide food preparation, provide medication if needed and fascinate them throughout the day. I’ve been around dogs since I was a toddler. I still to this day study dogs, their breeds, and history. I study on how to manage and deal with them in which is why I had decided to enroll myself inside of a dog training program called “Animal behavioral college”. This is my 10 year plan that I had took the time to figure out, strategize, & add as a long term goal. I love learning dogs character, habits, what area the dog needs attention in, I would love to teach parents how to train their dogs for their safety and the dog’s safety as well! I work overnights at a doggy daycare on weekends Fri-Sun 7pm- 7am. I work at another daycare tues-fri 8am-4pm. So Saturday, Sunday, and Monday’s are good for me to dog walk, house sit, and drop in’s. Now that it’s getting colder and the season is now changing, there will be weekends of when my job at good doggie daycare lays me off a couple of days on weekends however if that will ever be the case, I can notify my clients that day or a few days in advanced. Saturday’s & Sunday’s I’m available until 5pm. Monday’s I am available the entire day. Depend on the dog I will give them time to smell me and introduce themselves to me by working at their pace if that’s the circumstance, I will feed them, play with them, always make sure their water bowls are always filled, take them out for walks, belly rubs, and simply keeping them safe. If there’s any issues, I always notify the Client of mines right away.

About: I’ve always had a special place in my heart for animals! I’ve grown up with lots of cats, dogs & more! I currently work at my local animal shelter as a Behavior trainer, and I treat all of the fur babies as if they were my own until they get their furever home. I care about each of them and only wanna make them feel love special and cared for! Since I'm working part-time right now, I have plenty of open time to dedicate to your fur baby. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. My days are flexible, so I can give your pup my full attention - whether that's a nice long walk, playing fetch at the park, doing food puzzles for mental enrichment, or just hanging out for lots of love and pets while they enjoy a bone. I'm happy to stick to whatever routine makes them most comfortable. As the owner of a 1.5-year-old rescued Doberman mix, I understand how much care, exercise, and enrichment dogs need to thrive. My boy gets daily physical exercise plus mental stimulation through enrichment, puzzle toys, and Kongs. I bring that same standard of care to every pet I watch - just let me know your pet's routine and needs, and I will follow it to the T. As for Safety is always my #1 priority - whether we’re out and about in town or on a quiet hike in the woods.
