About: I have had pets in my life since I was 10 years old. It has ranged from cats and dogs to sugar gliders and hamsters. I work a full time job as a teacher but I am able to stay overnight to care for your babies. I have four dogs and three cats at my home I have loved animals for my entire life. I treat them as they are little humans. I love to go out and play fetch with my youngest dog. I love giving my cats the attention they need and want.

About: I’ve owned animals for most of my life, dogs for 12 years, generally 1-3 at a time. Through caring for my own dogs, I’ve gained experience with feeding schedules, administering medication, walks, basic grooming, basic training, and noticing when something seems off. I recognize every dog has different personalities and energy levels and routines that are important. I believe pets deserve kindness, consistency, and attention, and I will care for your pets the same way I’d want mine to be taken care of. I work from home full time, so I can easily accommodate most schedules/times and every day of the week. I’m more of a night owl but can definitely figure out what will work best for you and me and your pet! I have a fenced in yard, we have 3 dogs in the home, who are playful and dog friendly. If you prefer them to be crated at night especially in a new strange place that is easily accommodated. Whatever you do with your pets I will do my best to replicate to keep them feeling comfortable and at home! I have no problem with communication via text/call about or during visits, and am happy to send update photos each day!

About: I have owned numerous pets and cared for many more like they were my own. Deep affection for critters and intentional about caregiving for these precious family members and homes. I’m also good with plants and fish! I am a contracted fisheries observer in the Bering Sea, and take seasons off when I'm able. This allows me a very flexible schedule in my week and this August-December. I can drive to the pets and homes which need my care and take pets on hikes, walks, play dates, give baths and meds, and/or any other needs they have. About: My experience with dogs is not as extensive as my cat experience however I learned a lot in owning a dog for a little while. I do not currently have a job so my schedule is fairly open. Once I am employed full time my availability will only be afternoons and weekends. I can easily crate a dog. I can take your fur baby on walks and spend time with them inside your home. For cats I will make sure to feed them, and play with them if they are willing.

About: I always tell my clients that I will treat their animals like my own. I want your pets experience to feel comforting, enjoyable, and reliable. I have pet sit for 8 years now. I fit it in mostly on weekends now that I have a dog of my own but I could potentially do it full time in the near future. I want to state that I do not stay overnight with your dog but will give them the needed attention and care multiple times a day and be right back to do the same the following day. I have a fenced in yard for my dog and a doggy door for her to let herself in and out during the day. I don’t leave her longer than 5 hours. I believe pets thrive off of human interaction and we are their best friend and all they know. Trust in me to give your pet a good time while you’re away. I will work off of you and your pets needs.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
