“Caitlin stayed with our senior dog for a week over the Christmas holiday. She made time to meet our dog ahead of time and spent time with us getting to know our routines. She did an excellent job keeping us updated and sent lots of pictures. Our dog takes multiple medications and eye drops. Caitlin was able to handle all of them with no problems. Our house was very well taken care of and clean when we got back. I am looking forward to working with Caitlin in the future!”

“Michele responded quickly to my initial request. She came to my house to meet the cats and talk to me, which made me feel comfortable that they would be well taken care of. She sent me frequent pictures and videos, showing the cats playing and having a good time. I suspect they enjoyed their time with her more than the day to day they spend with me. She even informed me that one of my cats likes to participate in yoga. After 9 years, this was new information. When I came home the house was clean and cats were happy. I would highly recommend Michele.Hopefully she is available the next time I go out of town.”

She took the time to clean the house and do laundry so I returned to a clean home, always great after a long trip. She was very responsive and accommodating. About: I’ve taken early retirement and have a lot of time in my hands. I have been pet sitting for a client with four dogs, a chihuahua , two frenchies and occasionally a German shepherd in their home. I cook their food, and I am a great housecleaner so your space will be nice when you come back home. I live in a pet friendly mobile home park with a huge dog park to walk and play catch. I will take loving care of your cat or dog, only one pet at a time unless they are from the same household. I do not have any pets of my own at this time, which allows me flexibility in my schedule to be able to pet sit. I look forward to taking care of your fur baby. I took early retirement, so I will be home with the pet all day and night for whatever is needed. I have experience with senior dogs and frenchies. I live in a pet friendly mobile home park with a beautiful large dog park. There are other dogs here to play with. Crates are fine and cats can also be accommodated. I will only accept one pet at a time unless they are from the same household.

“Faith did a great job. Right before we were to leave town, we had to schedule a vet appointment for our two cats (we wouldn't be home!) - and Faith handled the whole thing. She took the cats to the vet - no small feat getting them into the carriers - and afterwards let us know right away that everything was fine. Faith sent us pictures throughout the week and we felt totally secure that Jack was getting his twice daily pill (also a challenge) and that things were fine at home. We've already booked multiple future stays with Faith - she's a keeper.”

About: I’ve taken care of community members animals. I work at a vet clinic. I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I’ve worked with small and large animals. I am currently an undergraduate student at university of Idaho obtaining my bachelors in Pre-Vet. I will be back in Mendocino County for spring break 9th-14th. I care for animals based on their body language. Most of the time I can tell if Animals are not gonna get along. If the animals get along I will let them play together if they do not I will crate one at a time.

About: I’ve been a dedicated dog person for my entire life. I’ve trained dogs to become truffle hunters and carnivore trackers but I don’t discriminate - I love ALL the dogs just the way they are. I’ve been a proud dog mom and recently lost my beloved pup, so am looking to fill that hole with other people’s dogs on a part time basis for a while, and to try out living in different areas of Mendocino County as I settle in here. I’m a full time Development Director for a local marine science non-profit with a good work-from-home and dog friendly policy. Your pet would be my companion full time, if they are able to accompany me during meetings and time at the office. I can work from your home if there is high speed internet on a full time basis, as well. I have a crate at my home and my place where I live is fully fenced in and good for dogs. My car is set up for a dog, and I am vigilant about giving your pup plenty of exercise and keeping them fulfilled and cared for with a full time watchful eye.

“I have used Alexis several times to watch my two border collies. She is always prompt and prepared each time and shows up with a positive and cheerful personality. Not only does she interact well with and care for the dogs, she sets up fun little field trips for them to local parks and ponds. Alexis also has a great deal of knowledge about basic animal care so I never have to worry if my dogs get any minor injuries (though they never have under her care). I highly recommend Alexis for any of your pet needs.”
