About: 10 years of Veterinary technician experience as well as a degree in veterinary tech from St Pete College. Dog training also available at the local club in Chiefland. Love all ages of dogs AND cats. I recently stepped away from my vet tech job of 10 years to care for my newborn. I have availability almost everyday and several times a day if needed. I have 5 dogs, 1 cat, and sheep that live at my house. I also breed, show, and participate in several sports with my Australian Cattle Dogs. I will not be able to care for client animals at my home due to all the animals. I will most likely bring my infant with me during care at your home but will be mindful in safety for your pet as well as my child.

“McKenzie took on the challenge of wrangling our trio of active huskies for 4 days and did an awesome job! They were very well cared for and we will hire her again.”

“Heather did an outstanding job house-sitting and caring for our four fur-kids from May 31 to June 3. From the start, her communication was excellent — she kept us updated with messages and adorable photos, and she wasn’t afraid to ask thoughtful questions to make sure everything was just right. It was clear our pets loved her, and just as clear that she genuinely loves animals. Knowing our home and pets were in such capable and caring hands made our trip completely stress-free. Thank you, Heather, for your kindness, reliability, and the peace of mind you gave us. We would absolutely welcome you back anytime!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my tailored approach to every pet’s unique personality and needs. I bring years of hands-on experience with both energetic puppies who need structure, play, and patience—and older dogs who require gentle care, medication management, and a calm, reassuring presence. Whether it’s basic training reinforcement for your growing pup or keeping your senior dog comfortable and happy, I provide dependable, compassionate care with a focus on safety and well-being. Your pet isn’t just another client—they’re family, and I treat them that way. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I attend school online, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of free time. This allows me to be fully present and attentive to your pet’s needs throughout the day—whether it’s playtime, walks, feeding, or just keeping them company. My open availability means I can easily adapt to your pet’s routine and provide consistent, reliable care. In my home, pets are cared for in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where they’re treated like part of the family. I create a calm, pet-friendly space free of hazards, with plenty of room for play, rest, and relaxation. Whether it’s following specific feeding routines, administering medication, or giving them lots of love and attention, I prioritize their comfort and well-being. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pet in someone else’s care, so I provide regular updates and always ensure your pet feels secure, happy, and at home.

About: Ive taken care of dogs all my life and even have 2 of my own. When my oldest was only 3 weeks old I took her in because her mom rejected her. This included bottle feeding every few hours and help going potty. I can easily crate train small pups and even have experience with bigger dogs. I am currently in school and work a few hours a week; however, I am home for the majority of the day so I will be able to provide care as often or as little as needed. My apartment complex has a fenced dog park that I take my dogs daily to. My 2 dogs are very people and dog friendly so your pet will be kept company.

“Lamaris always does a wonderful job with the pups. They are so well cared for and happy when I return from vacation! He’s also very good at keeping the house clean and organized, and goes above and beyond by taking out the trash and reaching out with questions when needed.”

About: I have experience with pet sitting for about four years now. This includes cat sitting, dog sitting/walking, and even working at a doggy daycare for a year and a half! I currently work very early morning and am usually done around 12:30 pm. This means I am free the rest of the day for visits, walks, and such! Like stated earlier, I have many years of experience of pet sitting from different clients and work places. I have gained knowledge from each place that I plan to use for the safety and well being of any future clients! pets

“Heidi was the best!! Highly recommend her for all your fur baby needs. She sent me lots of pictures of my baby, to see how spoiled she was and well taken care of. . My house was immaculate when I came home. The fact that she kept in touch with me the whole week made my vacation very relaxing without any worries. I will definitely use Heidi again!”

“We felt so comfortable having "Shey" take care of our little Chloe. She sent pictures and videos every day. She gave Chloe so much love and attention. We were so pleased. When we returned from our trip, our house was spotless. I would absolutely have her take care of our home and Chloe again!”

About: Proud pet dad with 20+ years of experience caring for animals. Currently parenting a sassy three-legged cat, four dogs—including a neurotic German Shepherd and three lovable, high-energy Pitbulls—and three spirited Quarter Horses. Skilled in reading body language and defusing tough situations, especially with dogs that don’t always see eye to eye. Animal harmony is my passion! I work full time from home and my schedule is flexible to whatever I want to do with my day which makes it easy. My only instances of not being available is if the wife is on a business trip I have 30 acres and three male dogs that do not always get along so we have a strict crate and bedroom rotation to keep everyone happy and safe at our home. It requires a lot of work so unique situations at home are not lost on me. I’m very passionate about working with my dogs I take them on three to four walks a day on our property and most of which are separated so I get 12k steps a day just looking after our crew. I have a remote job which allows me to be home with them. Thankfully this year my wife will also be remote which allows me some time to look after your pets with her being home more.

About: I love to treat every pet like my own, with patience, love, and attention to detail. What sets me apart is my ability to read animal behavior and respond with calm, confident care, whether it's high-energy puppies or gentle senior pets. I have experience with crate training, leash manners, and administering medications (oral and topical), and I’m always happy to follow detailed care routines. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone new, so I prioritize communication—expect regular updates, photos, and quick replies. My goal is to make you and your pet feel comfortable, safe, and supported from day one. I work for the university, but I have the ability to come home for lunch. Therefore, there are 3.5 hour periods, twice a day during the week where I will be at work. I can watch/walk/care for pets full time over the weekends. When pets stay with me, they’re treated like family. I maintain a calm, clean, and safe environment where your pet can feel relaxed. I follow their normal schedule, and they’ll get plenty of playtime, cuddles, and mental stimulation throughout the day. Whether your pet loves to lounge or needs regular walks, I tailor their stay to match their needs and routines. I’ve worked with anxious rescues and know how to ease them into feeling at home with gentle attention, consistency, and patience. When I’m caring for pets in your home, I do my best to blend into their routine so they feel secure in their familiar environment. I follow all care instructions closely and make sure your home is respected and left just as you left it. I have extra experience with dog’s with separation anxiety. Communication is a priority, so you’ll always know how your pet is doing!

About: Hi, My name is Dan, and I love animals. I have over 30 yrs. Of experience with cats, dogs, horses and rabbits, as I grew up on a farm. I am available to walk your dogs, feed your dogs, cats, or other animals, etc, on short term notice. I am patient, attentive, and if you are going to be gone, I ask that you book my services for twice a day. I am also willing to possibly house sit, as long as you understand that my own furry children would be coming along with me. I did grow up on a farm, the only animals I really don't feel comfortable with are rats or snakes. If I don't accept a booking, it is most likely due to a scheduling conflict or personality differences. Animals are just like people. It is stressful enough for them meeting new people, so if they or I look uncomfortable, I'd rather not accept the booking. I am non confrontational and it's never anything personal. Dog Walking: If you book for me to walk your dogs, please know that I can only handle one large, two medium, or three small dogs at the same time. I also do not mix multiple clients, so if I am walking your dog (s), then I am walking your dog (s)! Drop In Visits: Some people prefer twice a day, others once. I am willing to do either, provided that the cat (s)/ dog (s) in question have plenty of dry food, water, etc, available at all times. House sitting: Yes, I am available for house sitting! If you only need me for one night, I am available at the last minute for those who are in Lubbock, Texas. If you need me for more than 1 night, I will need a separate bedroom where I can keep my own two girls. As much as I love what I do, and would love to help you out, I can't just leave my own girls behind. My cats are house broken, fixed, and have traveled with me many times in the past. For extended stays of more than 5 days, I am willing to travel further than just here in Lubbock. There is no additional charge for extra animals on house sitting. I have my own two cats who take up all my time when I'm not out taking care of other people's animals, or otherwise working. I'm self employed so I can set my own schedule, as I do this and other gig jobs right now. The only time I'm usually not available is if I have already made prior commitments. I treat animals like they are children, because to me, they are. My own two are my favorite people in this world, but I love animals in general. I especially enjoy cats, friendly dogs, and giant rabbits. 😃 I like to treat each cat, dog, rabbit, etc, as the unique personality they are. Some cats, for example, are a little more standoffish than others. The best thing to do with them is to not push them. Nobody cat or human likes someone standing in front of them demanding attention ! Some dogs, for example, are very laid back and really just want to lay next to you and snuggle. Others are always ready to play! I am knowledgeable about safety, and when I am doing a drop in visit, I always keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right. When I am dog walking, I like to go places that are less traveled, I keep my attention fully on them, and on everything going on around us. When I am with your animals, they are my first and only priority.

“Nicole did a great job house sitting and watching my puppies and older dog. She came over the day before for a meet and greet to make everyone feel comfortable and meet all the dogs. She was flexible with my last minute booking and she was even flexible with me when I was running a little behind on my return home! I felt very comfortable leaving the "crew" with Nicole.”

Nicholas F.
“Nicholas has been walking my senior American Staffordshire Terrier, Maya, on midday walks, while I’m at work, and Maya couldn’t be more thrilled, with her walkies. She immediately warmed up to Nick, at her meet and greet, with him. She didn’t have any reservations, or shyness, and she brought her ball out right away and wanted to play a game, of fetch, and was all silly (at her senior level), showing how comfortable she felt, with Nick. He sends great photos, on a daily basis, and brings along the water I bottle provided and Maya’s collapsible water dish, because she drinks a lot of extra water, being a big dog, and 13 years old now. Nick shows a lot of extra compassion and care, for Maya, so I don’t have to worry about her, while I’m at work. Having an older dog takes so much extra care, so I don’t want Maya to have to suffer because of my long work day, and having Nick walk Maya and make sure she drinks enough water and goes to the bathroom means peace of mind, for me. Nick, and his wife, also have a lot of experience, with large dogs, and pitbulls, which was a huge added benefit. It’s also great that they foster and do rescue work, which is very near and dear to my heart, since I’ve done foster and rescue work, with pitties, for so many years, too, and that is a huge amount of work, and shows their commitment and devotion to dogs.”

Mia S.
“Mia is a very compassionate, caring person. She loves dogs, and has been taking care of family dogs since she was a child. She is very responsible, and I would confidently recommend her without hesitation. Her love of animals makes her a perfect fit as a caregiver.”

Daniel L.

“I have known Dan for about twenty years, and I can say that he has always had a gift when it comes to animals. He loves his cat like she is his own daughter, and he has always treated my own cats and dogs like they are children. I highly recommend him.”

Sarah F.

“So wonderful! Thank you so much for all the thoughtfulness and care”

Nicole S.

“Nicole did a great job house sitting and watching my puppies and older dog. She came over the day before for a meet and greet to make everyone feel comfortable and meet all the dogs.
