1. Samantha L.
“Sullivan had a wonderful time with Samantha, he seemed very happy when we picked him up and exhausted from all the fun he had while we were gone. Samantha was very detailed when we picked him up with how he behaved which showed us that he was an active member in their family while we were away. We will be booking again! Thanks Samantha for taking care of him!”
2. Shannon D.
“Shannon was amazing with our pup! She clearly loves animals and made sure to ask about our dog’s needs and preferences. Even with a personal emergency, she communicated and made sure everything worked out. Would happily book her again!”
3. Gwynn Z.
“My sister and I were heading to Stowe with our dogs for a ski trip when we found out the house wasn't dog friendly. Oh no! Luckily we found Gwynn who lives close to Stowe. She only takes two dogs at a time which was perfect for my dog and my sister's since they're best friends! Gwynn was great with initial introductions with my somewhat skittish dog and her dogs. We were in contact with her everyday with photos and a video of them frolicking in the snow. She always responded quickly via phone or text. After picking them up, our dogs ended up sleeping the entire next day from having too much fun. My dog in particular did not want to leave Gwynn's chickens! I would highly recommend Gwynn, especially if your dog needs personal attention, lots of exercise and outdoor time.”
4. Piper N.
“Piper was the absolute best! From all of the preliminary meet and greet, to actually watching out pups, she went above and beyond in ALL THE WAYS. She blew us away with her communication, attention to detail, warmth, compassion, skill with crazy puppies, and general supportiveness. Not only did she help our dogs, she went out of her way to care for our home and family as well. She will for sure be our go to person from now on. Truly the best!!!!!”
5. Melissa P.
“I can't think of anyone better than Melissa to be a pet sitter. I am her mother so the advantage is that I know her well and I witness daily the care she gives her pets- mostly dogs - but her daughter now has a cat who is treated like a princess. Melissa walks her dogs daily. Always on a leash where required but also has some special places where dogs can be unleashed. Pets are well fed, get treats (when they behave😂), have toys, warm beds, warm jackets. She would be the person that not only feeds, walks, pets but also genuinely cares about them. I truly believe river.com couldn't find anyone better suited!!! Rachel Pinard”
6. Brittany M.
“Parker had a wonderful time at Brittany's! He loved having his own room and felt completely comfortable. Definitely a great relaxing stay for him! Thanks!”
7. Elizabeth C.
“It was nice to be able to leave for 4 days knowing our beloved puppy would be in good hands. Liz’s dogs Pacha & Trevor are great buddies to spend a few days with. It was nice to see them romping around in tall grass together in the videos that were sent.”
8. Kaitlyn L.
“So glad we found Kaitlyn! She is now one of our go-to dog sitters. It’s clear that she takes great care of her own dog and strives to do the same for others. She was eager to learn about and meet our pup’s needs, providing lots of care and attention, exercise and outdoor time. We could tell from the pictures that our dog Nyima was happy and got along with Kaitlyn’s dog Cedar. Couldn’t be more satisfied!”
9. Kelly R.
“Kelly is tremendous. We are so thankful. This was our first time leaving Teddy with someone AND he has some special needs, and Kelly took care of everything. We felt so safe and secure. Thank you! Can’t wait to bring him back.”
10. Christina K.
“Christina was an excellent host to Curie, our 8yr old female Labradane ! She was very accommodating and communicated often on how our dog was doing. She spent quality time to get to know her better and make her feel at home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a 'home away from home' for their four-legged family members!”
11. Meghan C.
“We were in from out of town for a wedding, and weren’t able to meet before dropping our dog off. But Meghan instantly made us feel comfortable! She asked questions about how to best take care of our pup, and provided updates during Knox’s stay. Would definitely recommend booking with Meghan!”
12. Kasey B.
“Kasey did a great job with my husky! Took her on adventures and sent pics every day. I would definitely have Kasey board my pup again when I need it. Thanks Kasey!”
13. Dana L.
“Dana is amazing. You can always count on her to be responsible, attentive and caring to to all four legged friends. I will always trust my pets with her. 10/10 would recommend!”
14. Taylor W.
About: I have been walking and pet sitting since I was younger. I would watch and walk my neighbors dog for them when they went away. I recently graduated from UVM with my B.S in animal science hoping to go to Vet school in the future. I have worked with more than just dogs and cats, but livestock too. I work at a vet clinic as a vet technician right now and walk/ pet sit for families in the area now. I work a full time job at a vet clinic but have availability before and after work, as well as weekends. My hours do vary on certain days so feel free to reach out regardless! I do have a good size backyard. It is not fenced in but I have do have 4.5 acres of land behind my house. There are also walk/hiking trails down the road from my house.
15. Kaley S.

17. Logan G.
About: Hi there, my name is Logan. I am 28 years old, originally from Morrisville, Vermont. Ever since I was a child, I have had endless love for animals of every kind. I feel deeply connected to them- they truly are man’s best friend. I am very genuine, honest, and reliable. I will always be respectful of your time, belongings, and of course, furry friend(s). Whether your companion needs a few potty break, a walk, or an overnight stay, please rest assured they are in good hands. If my services interest you, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to meeting you and your best pal! Currently, I am in between jobs, so I have plenty of free time during the full 7 day week to accommodate whatever needs you may have. My household consists of my 7 month old son, our amazingly gentle and friendly 4 year old American Bully, Chuck, and our 8 year old fat, lazy cat, Clyde.
18. Alaysha & Alexander G.
“Alaysha was so great to work with. She setup a meet and greet so both humans and dogs could meet in person before hand. During our dogs stay she was super attentive to his needs and sent great updates and photos. Both she and Alexander took my pup on tons of walks and hikes, making sure he had ample exercise. It was nice knowing he had a friend to hang with - their dog Zinnia. I would highly recommend Alaysha and Alexander.”
19. Lillian D.
“Lillian is a super responsible, conscientious and trustworthy individual who has a special connection with animals - both large and small. She has expertly cared for her own pets - dogs and guinea pigs - for many years and has taken care of other pet owners’ cats and dogs on multiple occasions.”
20. LeAnn G.
“LeAnn has been my go-to dog and cat sitter for some time now. I know that my two rambunctious dogs, Tank and Champ, are always going to be in safe and loving hands when I leave for a short-day trip or a long weekend trip. I love all the photos she sends me of Tank and Champ when she takes them on runs, walks, and hikes. I have truly never known someone who cares so much about animals, and who is so incredibly knowledgeable about the psychology of dogs. Her experience training dogs as a teenager has primed her well for understanding the needs of many dogs. She has also watched my cat, Oliver, who absolutely loves her. She is very communicative, trustworthy, friendly, and reliable. I can easily say that LeAnn's dog, Brisket, is the happiest dog I have known which shows a lot about her caretaking style. I will continue to recommend LeAnn to anyone who is looking for a great pet-sitter.”
