He has anxiety when it comes to thunderstorms & they used his thunder coat during those times and communicated with me how he was doing. They have a large back yard for the dogs to run around in and they even let dogs sleep with them if the owner is okay with it! Which we were because Milo Is a big baby ? we also used the drop off service for the first time to help us all get home around the same time from vacation.
