“From the moment I met Rebecca and Stan, I knew Charlie would be in the best of hands while we were on vacation! I got regular picture and video updates, which helped ease my mind. Charlie has only been home about 30 minutes and he’s happily playing with his toys and running around. After boarding in other places, he comes home and immediately lays down and rests. We will definitely be using Rebecca again in the future!”

“We were so happy to have Jessica take care of our little dog. She is so sweet and gentle with her. Winnie took to her immediately. It was a long stay of eight nights and Jessica made us feel confident that Winnie was being well taken care of. We appreciated everything she did for Winnie and wouldn't hesitate to rebook with her again in the future.”

“Took great care of my huskies for a long 10 day trip and I will definitely be booking again! I felt at ease knowing they were having a blast and safe through Matthew & Heidi’s updates. Thank you!”

Many sitters in SC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
