About: I’ve taken care of animals, including dogs, cats, & fish for family members, family friends, and I have always been given good reports! I love animals so much! I’m working part-time, so i’m available whenever! 7/30-8/14 I will be unavailable, but anytime beyond that i’m available to love on and care for your pets! Safety and TrustI always prioritize a Meet & Greet before booking. It lets me learn your dog’s specific quirks, house rules, and exact feeding or medication routines directly from you. When we go out for walks, my phone stays in my pocket and my eyes stay on your pup. I don't let strange dogs approach us, and I always double-check that collars and harnesses are securely fastened before opening the front door. Because I am house sitting, your pet gets to stay in their own comfortable, familiar environment, which naturally keeps their anxiety low while you are away.My Approach in Your HomeSince I don't have pets of my own, your dog gets 100% of my undivided attention and affection. I treat your home with total respect—keeping it clean, quiet, and secure exactly how you left it. Since there is no yard, I focus on providing structured, high-quality neighborhood walks and plenty of indoor playtime to keep them happy and exercised. When I'm in your space, my main goal is to maintain your dog's normal day-to-day rhythm so they barely even notice you're gone.

About: I volunteer at the SPCA walking dogs and caring for the cats. I'm a lover of all animals. I'm very clean and responsible and care for all animals as I would a family member. I'm currently working full-time, but I'm available after 4 and all weekends and holidays. I have a dog and fours cats of my own and this seems to work for them. They are very happy. I take my dog on long walks and provide him enrichment treats and toys. I always check when leaving to make sure that nothing is out he can hurt himself with. I'm also very strict on cleaning the cat boxes as I don't want them to get sick or smell up the house. I will clean up after your pets and I will make sure they are safe and happy.
About: I grew up with a Zuchon! I also cared for a variety of labs growing up! I currently have a cat and recently cared for a gecko! I know my way around animals and I absolutely adore each one. I currently work part-time! I either work 12-4 or 4-8/8:30 (sometimes both!). But my mornings are always free! I’m also always off Wednesdays and should be available Sunday evenings! Your home will be my home! I will absolutely respect your pets rules and your house rules too! I can walk, feed, play, watch, etc. depending on your/your babies needs!
“Thankyou so much Mikenah. You have been the best to our sweet girl Sassie. I am so happy you we're the one we chose to care for our kitty. The level of care and lovins is unmatched. I don't easily trust people but you have exceeded our expectations. I know my Sassie will always be great in your hands. 10/10 book her. You won't regret it.”

“I am new to Rover and petsitting. Rory was amazing! Rory came for a meet and greet which I really appreciated. He was very communicative, on time, and reliable. I have a rescued dog who is scared of strangers but she warmed up to him right away. He made progress with her giving her treats to gain her trust. I’m so relieved I have someone I can trust with my babies. I am having Rory come again when I go away for a week which I didn’t want to book until I felt comfortable.”

About: I've had dogs my entire life and absolutely love taking care of them! I am a full time stay at home mom. I'm available anytime. I love taking walks and we go to parks and walks all the time so the dogs would get plenty of exercise. They will be well taken care of and loved. I can give baths if needed, will also brush the dogs. Absolutely love getting to play with dogs and have them running around and enjoying their time outside! I'm pretty flexible on times and what all would need to be done. I am willing to travel to your house and walk the dogs, feed and water them as needed and anything else that needs to be done to care for your dog. This just has to be done at certain times. I have three kids, 8, 6, and 1 they absolutely love animals as well and are nice to the dogs! We live in a small mobile home park and dogs are allowed so no worries there. I can watch the dog while you're on vacation or however, whenever is needed if I get some notice! I am a stay at home mom so I'm home all day almost every day. I can take them outside to play a lot too. I don't have a fenced yard so dogs would be leashed and will get long walks. They will get toys inside as well to play with and fed and watered as requested. Im a stay at home mama so i have plenty of time to play and take care of your pups!! I also have 3 little helpers to run out some of their energy! I don't have a fenced yard so they will be leashed but there is a dog park very close to me that's fenced in and i am more than happy to take them there and run out some energy!
About: Experience with many different breeds and sizes of dogs for over 24 years. Always had dogs since I've had children 24 years ago they are part of our family. We've had two boxers at one time at about 70 pounds each when our children were small .A West end terrier to bichon poodle mix and she is who I have now at 6 pounds. After our West Highland Terrier got ran over by a car for years ago it was a tough loss for my family. With that being said I thought we wouldn't get any more dogs because the loss was too tough however not a home without a dog or cat whatever your preferences is just empty in my opinion. They truly are part of your family And love unconditionally.
“Guilherme was an amazing pet sitter. He did drop in visits for our cat Percy. Spent time with him and kept us informed with pics and texts. It is very obvious he adores animals and they him. Top notch, trustworthy and dedicated care. Very highly recommend and will definitely be using him in the future.”
“Once again, Carrah was exceptional! She truly cares for our pets with so much love, and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy and well taken care of during her visits. She was a pleasure to hire again, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet-sitter!”

Rachel did a wonderful job with our neurotic pets while we were away! Everything went so well and she really took the time to build trust with our pets. It was great to have peace of mind while we were away, knowing everyone would be well cared for and having a good time despite our absence.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Williamsport. On Rover:
- 100% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
