About: I’ve had 3 labs. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I’ve cared for dogs of family friends and neighbors. I have a special place in my heart for senior pups. My availability is wide open. I’m free almost all the time. I can be there whenever you may need me. I recently left my full time job, with hopes of finding more rewarding opportunities. With the time I now have I take care of my aging parents, pepper and our house. I have reliable transportation and I’m always punctual. We have a fenced yard. The yard is safe and secure as well as clean of debris. Plenty of room to run and play. I live across from a golf course so the location should be easy to find. Also depending on the time and season, it makes for a great place for a walk. We currently have a puppy in the house so all countertops are safe for surfing. Plants are pet friendly. Doors are kept closed. Dogs are left in supervised areas at all times. If our dogs did not get along they would be kept apart, which is no problem whatsoever. Our house is also very durable for play indoors and is encouraged in a safe and fun environment. Fresh water is always available. Treats and belly rubs will most likely happen.

“Sara set our minds at ease with her obvious compassion for our pet. The photos and video she sent us convinced us that Coco had found his new "Favorite Place". Thank you Sara, we look forward to seeing you again soon!”

“Couldn't ask for better care for our new puppy dog! He got to play with another big dog for some socialization. She was on time with great communication. We met at a store for the exchanges and near my work.”

About: Hi, I'm Jackie! I have had pets for over 20 years and am a huge animal lover. I have three cats and a dog - who are all incredibly spoiled. I also have experience with fish, reptiles, small pets, and birds as well. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds :) I work from home and enjoy talking my dog on walks or out into the backyard during breaks or after work. We spend as much time as we can outside. I care about any animal’s health and safety first. In my own home, I try to let the dog I’m sitting be as comfortable as possible - whether that’s being my shadow, hanging out on the couch, or supervising the neighborhood through the window. My dog, Banner, is 7 years old, 85lbs, and he loves other dogs - he’s very gentle with older or small dogs, too. While he likes to play in little bursts, he does not have puppy energy like he used to and my home wouldn’t be the best for a dog who needs a ton of playtime.

About: I have 10 years of experience in the pet industry from Dog Walking & Pet sitting to grooming, retail and pet nutrition. Dogs are my life long love. I currently share my home with my 2 year old golden retriever, my 6 year old daughter and my husband. Besides clients’ dogs and cats, I have taken care of many friends and family members’ pets as well over the years. Taking care of dogs and cats are my true therapy. I love to take walks with the pups, trips to the parks, and do yard romps; enrichment toys & activities. I am currently a stay at home mom. I am available for midday walks and drop in visits for your fur babies. During those visits we can manage a long walk, or a yard romp, all depending on your dog's needs. Pups that stay with me have to be friendly with children and other dogs. Please contact me in advance for boarding as I like to set up a free Meet & Great visit so your pup and I can get to know each other as well as my other family members. Unfortunately I am not able to board aggressive or reactive dogs.

“Sarah was wonderful and so responsive. We felt confident that our pups were in great hands and well cared for. We would not hesitate to make use of her services in the future and are incredibly grateful we were so fortunate to discover Sarah!”

“Great help to me, and King slept very well last night! I think he had a lot of fun!”

“Julia and her family took excellent care of Cal and were such nice people to meet. I will definitely contact Julia if Cal is in need of day care or a sitter in Rochester”

About: I run Compton Canine Care (check us out on facebook!) and have had experience with different size/age/breed of dogs for the last 15 years as my family absolutely loves animals. Family and friends have had me come over and petsit for them for the last 10 years and I love doing it 😁 I used to work for a pet resort, where a received training in dog body language and group play as well as proper cleaning for dogs. I’m currently a computer science student and am completely free for the summer! I spend my days playing with lodging and daycare dogs and occasionally walking dogs in town! However you’d like me to handle at home visits- you got it! I can let them out, walk them, play with them, feed them. They’ll get to stretch their legs while you’re at work or on vacation!

About: Hi, I am a volunteer EMT and have a life long passion for dogs and all animals. On my spare time, my wife (Melinda) and I enjoy various aspects of the outdoors, no matter the season. We frequently pet sit for my brother-in law's German Shepard, who is full of energy, of which I have learned all the commands and public interaction techniques. This has been ongoing for approximately the past 4 years. * Melinda and I extensively clean and disinfect our house not only before and after each dog but also on a regular basis as well. We are excited to be part of your dog care needs and you can be sure your pets will be well taken care of with us as a smooth transition. Whether it is walking, playing, or pet sitting, we are here to help! Please message us as you know your plans. Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to hearing from you! Conveniently I work very close to home and can come home to check on the puppy on my lunch break though that time varies from day to day. We have a long lead in our backyard that we can adjust accordingly and we are always outside with your fur-baby. We also have friendly neighbors and multiple eyes checking in periodically. My wife and I have a fleece-lined jacket 4 any puppy to help combat the weather. Additionally we have couch protectors, Memory Foam bed, a basket of toys, and food and water dish set up

“Mary was great with my dog tucker she sent pictures thru the day ,I could tell tucker really enjoyed himself , I totally trust her with my pup.”

“We feel so fortunate to have found Courtney to take care of our two mini-dachshunds. They are prone to anxiety but Courtney handled them beautifully during both a meet&greet and day care session. She sent pictures and videos and we picked up happy little pups! We definitely hope to arrange more time with Courtney!”

About: I have owned dogs for over 25 years. I often help out neighbors who go out of town and would like to expand to include boarding in my home or yours. We lost our beloved Toby last May and decided a few months later that from here on out we want to adopt senior dogs. That first opportunity came sooner than we anticipated, and we've had our sweet Martha since October. I work close to home and am able to provide mid-day walks and exercise as I come home each day to do the same for my own dog. I work in education and am home full time during the summer! During the school year I am also home over school breaks and weekends and come home daily during my lunch hour. This gives me time for about a 20 minute walk. If it's pouring rain I'll take your dog out for a quick potty break and make sure s/he is toweled off with a fresh, clean towel. Although I do not have a fenced in yard, I love to walk several miles each day with my dog, and would love to do the same with yours! It is the beginning of May and I am just getting started with my new endeavor. I completely understand owners' hesitancy to book with sitters who don't have many reviews. My hope is to build that trust over the next months. I think if you do a meet and greet with me, you'll feel at ease leaving your loved pup with me.

About: My husband Douglas was the Kennel Manager & Behavioral Director of an animal rescue for several years while I served as the Adoption Coordinator. We worked with all ages, sizes, breeds, medical needs, and temperaments where Douglas went on to attend school to become a professional dog trainer. We began our own business after purchasing 5 acres and having a space in our home dedicated specifically to boarding pups! They’re not in a kennel, they’re in the home with us all the time. Your dog will be treated like our own. We’ve established long term relationships with several families and we send daily photos, videos, updates to you while you’re away ♡ Additional training services are available as requested. Free of cost pickup & drop off within 30miles of our location, bathing and grooming provided for free if your stay is longer than 3-days! We both work fully from home! I’m a licensed mental health therapist that sees clients virtually in my home office, and Douglas is home all day everyday with our personal pets and boarding families. Our home is situated on 5 acres, surrounded by dense trees and away from any busy streets. We have a 100ft trolley lead to ensure pups are safe while giving them the freedom to run around!! We have 2 dogs and 1 cat of our own that love playing with others and are very well mannered and trained. Zion is a 1yo Belgian Malinois and Jade is a 4yo Shepherd & Lab mix, and Jinx is a 4yo black bombay cat who is dog friendly. Our home is our pet’s home, meaning they are welcome to cuddle on the couches or bed with us all!

“Kasey did an excellent job watching Tippy and kept us informed on everything. We are glad we found her, she did a great job!”

Our pets absolutely adore her and you can tell that she gives them extra love and attention just by seeing how happy they are when she walks in. Ana has been a loyal, communicative, trustworthy, and organized pet sitter and dog walker every time we have hired her.
