About: I am an ANIMAL LOVER! My name is May Fredericks, I’m 22 and a student at King’s College preparing to begin grad school soon. I major in environmental science and chemistry, and I hope to become a scientific diver working with marine life or in wildlife rehabilitation. To me, animals are the ultimate example of unconditional love and teach us humans more lessons than we realize. That’s why caring for them means so much to me. I always do my absolute best to give pets the same love, patience, and attention they give us. I am a full time student at King’s college. Most days I have class from 11am - 2 pm. Tuesdays are my long days. I am in class from 12:30pm- 5 pm. But I’m available all day during weekends and holidays!! I have a fenced yard and my neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly. I have experience working as a groomers assistant and a kennel attendant professionally for about 3 years as well, so I know how to handle special needs ranging from anxiety to aggression. I also understand what it's like to be tight on funds, and the need to budget tightly in order to properly care for your furry friends! I'm currently transitioning into working a typical full time job, so my once very wide open schedule has slimmed down a lot. I can best typically do check ins and walks in the early morning and in the evening. I'm assuming that I'll be doing a typical 9 to 5, so anything before 9am or after 5pm is within reach for me to make sure your pets are well cared for and loved while you're away. ❤️ You can reach out to me with any schedule questions and I can try to work something out with you! I always do my very best to be as gentle as possible with all pets! I tend to avoid using "alpha" proving tactics unless it is necessary for my or your pets safety (ex. scruffing, using chokers tightly, using the shock option over the buzz option on an electric collar). I see these options as only being necessary when the pet is acceptionally aggressive and may hurt myself, itself, or others. I'm also very cautious around doors as I know many pets would take the opportunity to bolt it into the street if they could. I can handle bruises and scratches well from excited pets! I'm usually always covered in them from my own fur babies.

About: I’ve taken care of and loved dogs for as long as I can remember! My favorite part of the day is seeing their tail wag! I am currently working part time with a very flexible schedule! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I start and end my days by making sure pets are fed, exercised, and given plenty of attention. About: I have taken care of animals since childhood. I have taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fancy mice, african soft furred rats, small birds, aquatic turtles, fresh water fish, and ball pythons. I have known since childhood that I wanted to care for animals. During childhood I spent my free time volunteering at my local animal shelter. Helping clean animal pens and crates. During high school I volunteered at my local animal hospital as well as the local emergency animal hospital. As of recently I have been volunteering at a senior dog rescue. I love being able to help animals and I can’t wait to help care for your furbaby(ies). I currently am a stay at home pet parent and am looking to fill my free time with more animals. Plus I love to go hiking and always find it better to with a furry companion. My yard is unfenced but I enjoyed taking my dog on as many walks she wants. Sadly I can’t host pets at my house because my cats are wary about new dogs. But I love taking dogs on nice long walks so they can stretch their legs.

About: I have three doggies of my own and I love them with all my heart. I have experience walking feeding and playing with my own dogs as well as neighbors and friends dogs. I’m also comfortable with baths and distributing medications. I trained both of my dogs when they were puppies so if I’m watching a puppy and you need me to practice some simple tricks with him/her I’m able to do that for you. I work full time 9-5 so I am available for early morning walks and evening visits!! I am always available Saturdays and Sundays after church! I’m very vigilant when letting dogs outside even if a client has a fenced in yard. If there’s no fence I will take the dogs out on a leash. I have a good memory and I write important things down, especially special instructions you may have for me to take care of your furry friend. For boarding: I currently live in a small apartment in a city apartment building, but there are plenty of nearby outdoor options for dogs. There are sidewalks all around the building for regular walks, a grassy area directly across the street, and a small patch of grass behind the building for quick potty breaks. Kirby Park is also right across the street, which is perfect for longer walks, fresh air, and exercise in a safe, open space. There are no animals living with me currently and I will only board one dog at a time, unless they come from the same family!

About: I have health care experience from my daily career and I've been taking care of all kinds of pets since I was a little girl. This includes several kitten rescues and rehoming. My little girl abby was a recue. Feeding, grooming, litter care needs, emotional support, love, time, and attention all go towards my cat at home on a daily basis. It's a labor of love. I would approach each clients needs with focus on respect, reliability, attention to details, and loving care towards each clients pet. I understand each clients needs will be individual.
