About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience caring for dogs with a wide range of needs. I currently care for three dogs of my own, including a senior dog who requires extra patience, attention, and gentle care. I also cared for my previous dog throughout his battle with epilepsy. Administering his medication on schedule and staying with him during and after his seizures taught me how important it is to remain calm, attentive, and compassionate during stressful situations. Because of these experiences, I'm comfortable caring for senior pets, administering oral medications, and providing extra attention to animals with special needs. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I always take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I treat every pet as if they were my own, with plenty of patience, affection, playtime, and reliable care. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pet is in caring and capable hands. Since I am a Nursing Student at ESU, my daily schedule is jam-packed with classes. However, my evenings are usually relatively open and I am always open to overnight sitting! In my client's home, I make it a priority to keep your pet's routine as consistent as possible by following feeding schedules, providing fresh water, going on walks or playing as needed, cleaning up after them, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
