About: I am always the first to call when someone I know needs pet care! I have also worked in a veterinary hospital with dogs and cats. As of now, I have a very open schedule. I worked at a dog boarding kennel in Prairie Grove and my duties included • Managing the kennel area, which includes cleaning and caring for the dogs staying there. Administering medication orally or injection. • Assisting in the care of about 60 sheep that live on the farm, this includes feeding, water, administering vaccinations, and many other tasks. • Communicating with customers about the care and schedule their animal requires, as well as the handling of money and scheduling drop-offs and pick-ups. I also have been in dog grooming since 2024. I started at PetSmart and worked there for 2 years. While there I completed and graduated from their grooming program. From there I went to 2 other salons before deciding to take a break while attending school. Because of my experience I have also dealt with my fair share of different levels of anxious dogs. I pride myself on being able to calmly care for dogs that have a higher anxiety level due to a new experience or person. I am calm and confident and dogs are drawn to my demeanor. I’m currently in college but I have plenty of time in between classes as well as evenings.
