I work from home majority of the time, but go into the office 3 days a week for a couple hours each of those days. I have a fully fenced in yard and a very friendly 18 month standard golden doodle. She took her time getting to know our little Noelle, who can be very nervous and scared around new people, and was so patient and gentle while earning her trust. She was equally great with Geralt, our big, lovable goofball, and had no trouble handling his size and energy. It’s not always easy to find someone who can adjust so naturally to two dogs with completely different personalities, but Alex did it with ease. We felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care and would absolutely recommend her!
I’m highly impressed with Aaron. He takes dog walking to another level! Very professional and transparent. Not only does he take the dogs for a walk, but he clocks his departure and arrival and includes a map of where he went. He leaves a real nice summary that paints a picture of the dog’s outing. My 2 dogs are having a lot of fun with him. My German Shepherd dog took right to him, sensing that Aaron was a true dog lover, especially lover of German Shepherd dogs 😁. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
