My fur baby is not easy to interact with due to her anxiety issues. Kelsey was understanding and patient during Jackie's first visit as daycare and her subsequent five day boarding stay. I could tell by Jackie's body language, in the pictures I received, that she was not as traumatized as I feared she would be. This was her first boarding alone, as we had recently lost her brother. Though I know that I will need to continue to work on socializing Jackie, I truly believe that Kelsey's patience and kindness will help with that immensely. I definitely plan to reach out to Kelsey & Marcus in the future.
Absolutely phenomenal experience with Yanet! She dog-sat our sweet Yorkie, Minnie, for two days and truly went above and beyond. From the moment we dropped Minnie off, we felt completely at ease. Yanet kept us updated every single day with detailed messages about how Minnie was doing, and she sent many adorable pictures that made us smile and feel connected the whole time.
