“Sheila was great! I’ve never used Rover before and never left our pets with someone other than family. Sheila came for a meet and greet before we finalized the booking (I was afraid our wild pups might scare her off) and all my anxiety was instantly relieved. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She had great questions and explained her usual process, making it very obvious that she has plenty of experience. I can’t imagine anything that would have made the experience any better! Thank you Sheila!”

About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

“Rowan was absolutely fantastic for house sitting my 2 dogs and 4 cat mad house. Felt 100% secure in the care she provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of care.”

“I had Abigail come to my house to sit my 3 dogs while i was on vacation. She did great with my babies and took time to make them feel more comfortable with her. She even met with me beforehand to meet the dogs which put me more at ease with using her. Abigal is trustworthy and she was respectful of my belongings. She also brought in my packages and took up my garbage cans which was a huge help. I'll definitely use her services again in the future.”

“Shanikka was very accommodating to our schedule and our dogs' needs. We were gone for over a week, and she spent lots of quality time playing and cuddling with our Barry. We know he was in good hands and has a new friend!”

“Patrice was fantastic housesitting for our elderly dog and young pup for a week. They had great care and Patrice kept us well-informed when one of the dogs didn’t seem to feel well for a day or so. It was a great comfort to have someone who cares so much about animals and their well-being looking after the dogs while we were away!”

“We had another great sitting with Syd! Syd is always so communicative and reliable. We know our dog Norma feels comfortable and safe, not to mention it is clear Syd has a genuine love and care for each pet and appreciates our Norma’s unique qualities. Our house is always neat and tidy when we return home, care instructions followed, and our dog happy and calm. Everything we could ask for- thank you Syd!”

About: As a dog-momma to two pups, I know how frustrating and scary it can be to find someone you trust to take care of your dog while you're away. There's peace of mind in knowing that your dog is at home, in familiar surroundings, and being well taken care off. I'm happy to provide drop-in visits for your pups, making sure they get all the belly-rubs they need until you get back! I also provide daily walks, so your pups have time to get oustide, explore, and use up some excess energy! I am experienced with puppies and large-breed dogs, and am available routinely during the early mornings and evenings on weekdays, and all-day on weekends. Daytime weekday availability is flexible, but needs to be scheduled in advance. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! Pet care fits seamlessly into my life. I take care of dogs while working a full-time job, and I regularly adjust my daily schedule around the needs of my pets. Whether it's early morning walks, feeding times, or play sessions, I make sure their care is a priority and naturally integrated into my routine. I willll take care of pets in the comfort of your home by following your instructions closely, maintaining their routine, and providing love and attention.

About: Hi there, my name is Molly! I love dogs and I have over 15 years of experience working at a dog kennel. At the kennel, I cared for over 350 dogs a day, walked, bathe, fed, trained, administered medicine and made sure they enjoyed their stay! I also grew up with three large dogs and have over 10 years of dog/ house sitting experience. I currently work at a marketing agency downtown. I am clean, friendly and responsible and have a flexible schedule. Non-smoker and I have reliable transportation for overnight stays/ walks/ drop-ins. When I lived in Boston I had a 1 year long relationship with my client and cared for his dog like it was my own! Trying to find something similar in Cincinnati. I currently work full time but my schedule is very flexiable. I need to be in the office from 9-5 Monday - Friday but can leave during lucnh to check on long-term boarders. I recently lost my dog so my house is equipt to accomidate a dog. I have tons of toys, beds and a large back yard and trail by my house for playing.

“Taevon was absolutely wonderful with Cairo! He kept me well informed throughout his steady, and I didn't have one moment where I worried about he and my 85lb furbaby were getting along. I definitely will be using his services again?”

About: I don’t have much experience with Dog sitting or walking but I do have a puppy of my own and I consider myself to be a good teacher and parent to my own dog. I don’t have a special skill but I do have a stern voice and nothing but love and care for dogs. I work while everyone is still sleep and get off when everyone is waking up or either still sleep. Pet care will not be a problem in my daily routine. I live in a decent size apartment with a backyard. Everyone around the neighborhood dogs pretty much know each other. It’s a friendly and loving neighborhood so walks are frequent. Bathroom breaks are every 3-4 hours to make sure no potty happens in the home.

Molly L.
“Molly has loved dogs for as long as I have known her. She is not just a dog lover, but a dog owner. Her family has owned 4 dogs in her lifetime and she has loved and cared for each one. She has also worked for a dog kennel as a summer job so she has had experience caring for dogs. Molly is the perfect dog sitter, not just because of her experience, but because dogs love her as well. She will care for and treat your dog as if it is her own. I highly recommend Molly. ”

Westwood pet parents share their Rover experiences
Chloe did a great job watching our two dogs and cat. We left her specific details about our dogs and she was also able to give them their medication every day without trouble. She made sure to keep their schedules consistent.,She also sent pics of them playing in yard . I would highly recommend her to anyone if they need a dog sitter. Becky and John. Martin

Brad was so easy to work with from the beginning to the end. He remembered details from our Meet & Greet six weeks ahead of time. Our dogs were at ease with him from the first time they met which was comforting since we never had a house sitter service for them before. He communicated with us daily and shared pics of them too. He also left no trace that he stayed in our house for five days! It was clean and orderly when we returned which is a wonderful perk after being away. I will definitely request and recommend him for future stays.

Audrey was fantastic. While out of town, with little to no cell phone service, she provided updates and was able to take care of our pup without any questions popping up or handholding needed. She coordinated with me prior to cover an evening she was unavailable. The cherry on top is the fact that she also coordinated with my mom to get the keys to my car, as it got a flat tire on the way to the airport and had to be ditched in a parking lot. We returned to a clean home and a happy dog. Would definitely recommend Audrey!

Helen has been a reliable and excellent resource for our family and has always take excellent care of our boys. Whether it is dropping by for a walk and play time or staying in our home while we are out of town - we feel extremely comfortable and fortunate to have her support. She is communicative, flexible, and consistent!
