Darien was extremely professional, reliable, responsive and overall extremely kind with both Matcha and Zuma. She treated them as her own with endless love and care. The constant pictures and videos she would send, put a smile on our faces and gave us a sense of ease! The amount of time and attention she put towards them touched me! We never had to worry! About: My daughter and I lost our senior dog in January. We are not quite ready for another one but would love to sit for yours! We have a huge amount of affection to give the dogs we sit. We are brand new here which is why there are no reviews (aside from my Mom’s). I work at home so have a lot of time for walks and dog care. I live in a townhouse where it is easy to walk dogs in the immediate area. When I had a dog I walked him 4-5 times daily, gave him medication, fed him, always made sure he had access to water, and, most importantly, gave him tons of love!
About: Last year, I fostered two rescue puppies at just 5 weeks old and adopted one — Adora, who is a gentle German Shepherd–Lab–Pit mix. I trained her in basic commands, including recall, and socialized her carefully with other animals and people. I’ve also cared for a friend’s dog who required daily medication and special attention, which gave me valuable experience with unique care needs. Growing up, I loved walking and caring for neighbors’ dogs, which inspired me to have my own dog one day. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and sometimes for full weeks. I walk my own dog throughout the day (weather permitting), plus longer evening or weekend walks (~3 miles) to our local park and back when the weather’s nice and schedule permits. Having my own dog makes it easy to integrate visiting dogs into our routine without compromising anyone’s needs. I take play breaks in the fenced in yard during the day, and on weekends, I like to plan like local hikes. I offer more than just pet sitting — my home provides a safe, spacious, and social environment where your dog can truly thrive. My large fenced-in backyard gives plenty of room to run and play freely. The true star is my dog, Adora. While she may be shy at first, she quickly warms up and happily plays with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages — from 10-week-old puppies to 11-year-old seniors — matching their energy. With her even temperament, she loves pets, cuddles, food, and playtime. If a dog isn’t very playful, she respects their space and enjoys some quiet time. I'm mindful in caring for dogs with special needs and routines. I love taking pictures of dogs and will happily send as many updates and photos as you’d like. We prioritize a calm, caring atmosphere where every dog feels comfortable, safe, and happy.
