As an online student at UAB, I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate walks and pet care throughout any day of the week. I’m usually up by 6 AM, so I’m available for early morning walks if needed. However, I prefer not to do nighttime walks for safety reasons. Whether your pup needs a midday walk or an afternoon play session, I’m happy to be there! I provide pet care in clients’ homes, following all given instructions to ensure consistency and comfort for your dog. Whether it’s walking, exercise, feeding schedules, or crate time, I follow routines closely to keep pets happy and stress-free. I prioritize safety, trust, and personalized care to make sure your pet feels comfortable while you’re away.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs and even rabbits. I am a true animal lover and will take care of your baby as if they were my own. Currently I am preparing for a licensing exam and have wide availability to take care of your fur babies! Especially after Thanksgiving to New Years Safety is my first priority for both my fur babies and yours. Your dogs will always be on a leash when they are walked. I will always make sure to visually see your fur baby before I leave to ensure they do not escape and make sure the doors are locked when I leave.

About: I've had a variety of different pets throughout my life, and also spent over 100 hours volunteering with local animal shelters. Plenty of experience and a deep passion and love for animals! Currently on the job search, so availability is extremely flexible! Only a few standing obligations on Saturday evenings (8:00 PM) and Sunday afternoons between 2-6 PM. My own pets have their schedules and quirks, and I'm more than happy to accommodate your pet's schedule/quirks to help provide the most comfortable environment for your babies!

About: Working at animal hospitals and pet stores has taught me to care and handle not only my own animals but the animals of others as well. I am caring and loving with your dog as if it is my own but firm need be. I am not squeamish when it comes to cleaning up after your dog. While with your dog they will get 100% of my attention because the safety of your dog is my #1 priority. I am very careful with special needs dogs and always keep in mind their specific needs. I am very knowledgeable with most breeds and their dos and don'ts. Your dog will enjoy their play time with me. They will be looking forward to my visits! Thank you I am available mostly all day and evenings. Will work around your dogs normal routine / schedule. Also available weekends unless out of town or booked. I do have 3 dogs and 5 cats, but your baby would be separated from all of them. We have our own kennels if you baby is used to sleep in them. Or we allow your babies to sleep in the bed with us. We have a big backyard with toys and and little pool during the summer.

About: I am the happy mother of three rescued fur babies and two adult children. One of my fur babies has been trained to be an emotional support dog and knows some sign language. They love children. My husband and I are empty nesters. I have been an RVT (registered Vet Tech) at several animal clinics and hospitals in town and in California. I am capable of giving medication subcue and including injections, along withthe needs diabetic dogs or those with special needs. If you need help with behavior issues such as leash walking Im your gal. I love wet kisses from sloppy fur babies. I havnt found anything yet that has changed my mind about these sweet creatures and if I could have 10 of my own I would. Since that is not possible the next best thing is to help others take care of their fur babies. I work from home and am available to be with your fur babies the majority of the time. Besides running errands and I usually have my husband or daughter watch over them during those few times. Or I will bring them with me 🤗 Fur babies in my home are treated as family yes they allowed on the furniture unless you specifically do not want this . Then of course I do exactly what you want for your baby . We have backyard time and walks when weather permits

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for 10 plus years. You will not have to worry about your pet with me I will make sure to send you as many updates you want and by the end of the stay your fur baby will have a new best friend (: I’m currently helping clean houses during the week but I still have plenty of free time to help you with your fur baby, I will be able to rearrange my schedule as needed. I will make sure your fur baby has food and water, I go by the book when given instructions on how you want your fur baby taken care of, I don’t mind crating them but if you don’t crate them I am absolutely be okay with them cuddling up to me while we watch tv. I can do check ins so that way I can spend 30 minutes to an hour making sure your fur baby goes on a walk and has exercise.

Family, friends, and neighbors have entrusted me with taking care of every basic need for the pet, from playing, grooming, feeding, walking, and loving! About: I am an animal lover to my core. I’ve worked with animals throughout my life helping out my neighbors, friends, family, and colleagues. I enjoy taking my own pups to the dog park and throwing a ball and watch them run around! I’m currently in college however 4 out of my five classes are online, that being said, I am unavailable from 2-4 on Monday and Wednesday. But available before or after during those days and available any day of the week. Your pup will get to play with my pups unless specified otherwise. I have a local dog park that I take all my dogs that I sit. With me, you can be sure that your dog is being cared for and I will make sure they’re being watched at all times! I’m currently in school from 1-3pm Mondays and Wednesdays but I am available throughout the week if it’s not during those times! I do not have a fenced in yard but I take my own pups to the dog park, yours are more than welcome to tag along!

“Kristie is absolutely amazing! Our cat had "disappeared " when she came for her drop in visit, and she searched high and low for him. She contacted me for ideas and kept looking. She offered to come back and look some more, which I eventually took her up on when I thought of somewhere else he might be. Happy ending, she found him closed up in a bathroom where the door had been caught by the a/c draft and closed accidentally . We were both ecstatic! Of course then she had a huge mess to clean up which she did without any complaints. Kristie really cares about the pets she's taking care of, and I truly appreciate her and will use her every time I need a sitter!!”

About: I’m 39 years old and there has been a pet in my life since I was 7. I’m an only child and my pets quickly became like siblings (we didn’t fight like them, promise). I became the primary caregiver for my mom’s two senior mini dachshunds a few years ago and was able to get them crate and pee-pad trained. One of them crossed the rainbow bridge sadly, but my other little old lady is doing well. I fall in love with every animal I see and I would love the chance to fall in love with yours. I’m currently working a full time second shift job (1pm-11pm) so I have the mornings completely open to check on your babies. I’m also a night owl and have no problem doing a nighttime check after work or begin an overnight stay. If you have a fenced yard, I will let them outside and let them do their business before tossing a ball or toy or running around with them to get the zoomies out. If no yard, then I will take them out on a leash for a walk then some playtime inside. Food and water will be checked and refilled; cuddles will be provided at will. :)
