“Olivia did an incredibly job. Her patience, kindness and flexibility to ensure Lulu got the care she needed means so much to me. Super friendly too! Thanks so much!”

About: I’ve started pet sitting since 2022. My first experience was watching my cousin’s dog and two cats. Shortly afterwards I picked up a gig with my uncle watching his three cats and I fell in love ever since. I’ve been pet setting for a while and feel like this is the job for me! I’m currently working a full time job. However I am free during the mornings and alternating weekends. I’m also off once a week as well. I have a nice big back yard that is fenced up nicely. Also, I have a pup to keep your fur baby comfortable and happy!

“So great! My dog loved her and she went the extra mile with me to take care of my needs-i’ve been sick and not able to care for my dog and she was so flexible with all the extra details in getting my dog taken care of. Thank you India!!!”

About: I have been a groomer and have cared for dogs who have medical problems . Also have cared for deaf and the blind . I have cared for mama and new borns. I have rescued and found homes for over 18 dogs. I'm very passionate about fighting the animal fighting rings in the area, most specifically the dog rings. I nursed my dog ( who has passed) when the vet wanted to amputate his paw. It healed fine with only a little scar. Yes, I'm older but not weak and frail. I kept two little dogs that I rescued but love big dogs. I've had dobermans who are quirky and house-trained a dog who had an emotional disorder that almost landed him in the pound by his fustrated owners!

“Couldn’t recommend anyone better than Rudy to care for your fur babies while you are away! Not many people are too keen on dropping in on an 80 pound pit bull, but Rudy didn’t bat an eye and treated him like we do. She sent pics along the way and he loves his walks with her! Highly recommend!”

About: I have been a pet owner my entire life. I love dogs and have always had one in my life. I began watching friends dog's overnight as well as going in home to walk their dogs and care while out of town. I use to enjoy taking my own pupper on trail walks as often as I was able. I have such fond memories of our walks together. ❤️🩹 she is the black lab in my pictures, Lexi 🥰 There is also a Dog Park near my home, Pundt Park. I work part time and am in and out of my home with a flexible schedule to be able to walk dogs, play with them, or have them overnight in home. For my home, I have a fenced in backyard, dog park near by, paved sidewalks, and trails for activity. I have kiddos ranging from 7-11 who absolutely adore animals, they are part of caring for our own dog and love giving treats and pets and attention. I have a large washroom for a crate and private area for any dogs in home who need space and private area to eat, but don't mind dogs on the couches in the home and laid back in that area.

About: I reside in a dog friendly community located in the Spring Branch area, approximately 1.5 miles from Memorial Mall. I’m new to Rover and but have been around an array of pets since I was 5. My parents home was always the temporary safe haven for dogs before they transitioned into a permanent home. I’ve looked after friends and family members pets for years. And would now like to expand my love for dogs and cats in a more elevated way. I’m a very active, fun spirited individual with a overflowing love ❤️ for animals. Your pet will have the freedom to move around freely inside my home & is welcome on all furniture. They will be given an enormous amount of attention. My motto is “WHEN YOU’RE AWAY, THE PETS WILL PLAY, & HAVE A GREAT STAY! I work remotely from home full time m-f. And I'm off on the weekends. So there would not be a conflict in providing the adequate attention your pet needs while in my care. The pets I care for are treated like they were my own. I have grew up around specifically around dogs, and have had close friends who have had cats as pets. Some of the dogs cared for had special needs. Such as restricted diets that required cooking specific food.

“Julie was great, Jax loved spending time with her during drop-in visits. She was prompt and reliable and took extra care to make sure he was comfortable with her during the meet-n-greet. We won't hesitate to use her again.”

About: Strategically removing my body from underneath your dog so I don't disturb its sleep. That's exactly the kind of pet-owner I would be. I have always had great relationships with animals, but particularly with dogs. I will run around the dog park 20 times if it means your dog is having a great time. I'll hold puppies like they're babies if they allow me to, but that's how much I love dogs. And by the end of the day, I want nothing more than to watch your dog crawl onto the sofa after a long day of playing and sniffing butt... only to fall asleep, wake up and do it all over again. Oh, and of course return them back to you in one piece.
