When we met, it was clear she genuinely loves animals and knew exactly how to care for my pup. She provided regular updates and pictures of all the fun Norman and the other pups were having. He is a high energy dog, and her place was the perfect spot for him to get out and exercise! She truly went above and beyond and I will definitely be booking with her again in the future. About: I’ve cat and dog sat for people throughout the years. I love all animals and provide them with all the necessary care and love they need. I work 2 nights and 1 full day a week and home taking care of my own 2 dogs the rest of the time taking them out to the dog park throughout the day to potty. I have stayed at another clients home to take care of her dog and did drop in visits throughout the day for other people. I live in an apartment and don’t have a yard but there is a big dog park. I have 2 crates for my dogs or for another dog while under my care if they need to be.

“This was my first time boarding my Aussie, and I was honestly a bit nervous — but she did an amazing job reassuring me from the start. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I was especially worried because she has three dogs, and my Aussie can get a little overwhelmed. But she handled introductions perfectly — slow, one at a time — and my dog adjusted way better than I expected. Fast forward to pickup time… I think my dog may have forgotten who I am Not only was she completely comfortable, but she had already decided that the husband was her human now (and she normally reserves that level of love for my own husband). At one point, he was petting one of his own dogs, and mine started whining like, “Excuse me?? That’s MY attention.” The jealousy was very real. So overall: ✅ Great communication and reassurance ✅ Thoughtful, safe dog introductions ✅ Happy, well-adjusted pup ❗ Slight risk your dog will try to move in permanently Would absolutely book again — just emotionally preparing myself for the betrayal next time”

“Shelly is/was a life saver! My plans changed several times and in the chaos of it all I forgot to confirm the booking.... but Shelly was accommodating and helped put my mind at ease. My dogs are pretty easy going, however I do have one that has seizures sometimes. I felt completely confident in Shelly's ability to handle one if it happened. Keeping Kennedy (my dog) calm helps keep her from having seizures. Shelly's home is warm, calm and comfortable. It was a perfect stay! I will definitely be using her again.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs. I have experience caring for puppies and elderly dogs. I have an Aussie doodle puppy. I’m available for drop ins, walks, or sittings. I have a flexible schedule and will be available the majority of the day to care of your pets. If I have to leave during boardings, it will be only for short periods of times which will be communicated to you. I live in an apartment with plenty of space and a dog park. There is a nice neighborhood and park nearby for walks. For sittings at your home, I will respect your space and keep it clean. I have a puppy at home, so I am unable to stay at your home overnight. I will update you with as many photos or videos you’d like!
