“Mary is wonderful! My pup was so happy to meet her and she handled him perfectly (he’s a bit of a tank and can knock you down if you’re not paying attention) Mary was perfectly comfortable with him and I left feeling assured my furry best friend was in good hands.”

5. Mickey M.
“Mickey did a 1 hour drop-in with our 6 month yellow lab, Auggie. She took the time to stop by and visit / meet us and Auggie prior to the day we needed help and was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. On the day we needed her help she checked in with us, was on time, fed, watered and exercised him. Even sent us a bunch of great pictures and videos which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend and will hopefully have her help spend time with Auggie when we need an extra hand in the future.”

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, fish, and parakeets! I’ve worked with animals for the last five years and have an abundance of knowledge from the pet store I work at! Animal breed or size doesn’t matter to me, I will love them all equally! I grew up visiting family friends farms frequently and liked learning about animals from a very young age! I’m comfortable with any animal and feeding them whatever you need me to! I know animals can get stressed out when their owner isn’t home with them so I’ll try to keep the routine the same as if you were home! Your pets will get the same amount of love from me as they would from you! If your dog is training I would love to work on that when i’m with them! If you have an older dog I know they might not be as active and that’s okay, we can take our time outside! I’m sure my cats could agree that i’m great at cuddling and making sure they eat at the same time every day! (They might tell you I don’t give them enough treats, but don’t listen to them!) I would love to spend time with your fur baby when you need someone there for them. I work full time at a pet store, my lunch break is flexible so I can take it whenever I am needed! Other than working, you’ll find me at home a spending time with my cats or taking my friends and families dogs out for a walk! I’m an early bird and a night owl so i’m free other than being at work! Walking is so fun, and what’s better than being able to bring your fur baby along with me! I can bring water, treats or toys with us so your baby doesn’t get overheated! I’ll give your baby lots of time to sniff around and explore while we are out! If i’m dog sitting i’ll make sure to play with their favorite toys and give them all the cuddles and treats they’re aloud to have! Keeping their environment clean is also a top priority and don’t mind cleaning whatever is needed! With cats I can scoop litter and clean food and water bowls as much as you would like! Vacuuming and sweeping is also easy! Having interactive toys for your cats also keeps them active and would love to play with them that way! If your animal is nervous we can take it nice and slow until they feel comfortable! Working in a pet hotel makes me know signs of stress and how to help with stress.
13. Madison K.
About: I grew up on a farm and have experience taking care of most animals. I love spoiling my family dog and look forward to being able to take care of your pet(s)! I’m in charge of my work schedule! The three day notice will just help me make sure that my job is properly staffed while I’m gone. I’ve taken care of multiple dogs in other people’s homes. I usually get a list of how much/how often feeding should happen. Along with any special medicines/things that may be needed. NOTICE: I ONLY will be accepting jobs through Rover. Please don’t try to get me to do work that isn’t through here unless we’ve already met in person. I will not be accepting those jobs.
14. Rachel V.
“Rachel is the best with dogs & also cats! She would rescue every dog possible if she could. She treated her rescued pittie named Leo just like a child. He always had a chair at the campfire, she always took him on walks, he slept next to her in bed and she was always spoiling him. He was always getting dressed up for every holiday and he seemed to enjoy it. She is always around her mom and sisters dogs as well. I would trust her with my animals with no worries. I highly recommend her!”
15. Elizabeth W.
“Elizabeth is capable and friendly, and easy to communicate with. She clearly knows how to care for animals, and my two dogs and cat took to her right away. I feel secure in leaving my pets in her care.”
16. Carolyn T.
“5 Star Service! This was my first time using Rover and I was very skeptical about giving my keys to a "stranger" off the internet. Carolyn did a fantastic job with my "old man" doggy. She kept me updated with pictures and text when I was away. I will be rebooking with Carolyn in the future.”
17. Erin M.
“I have found Erin to be a very honest and compassionate person. She really is very responsible and knowledgeable about how to care for my pets. She has years of experience working at veterinary offices and truly loves animals.”
18. Kathryn P.
“Kathryn is a responsible and reliable caregiver. You can tell that she is a pet owner herself by how comfortable she is caring for your animals (she has also walked my friend’s 2 dogs one of which is very rambunctious!). Most importantly she truly enjoys spending time and caring for animals. I would highly recommend her!”
19. Savannah K.
“Leaving your pets to someone you can trust is a hard task but Savannah makes it so so easy. She is very trust worthy and I never have to worry about our dogs when we go out of town. They are always so well taken care of including walks, being fed and lots of cuddles!”
