As an adult she has worked many different places individual people and at a rescue daycare for dogs and basically took over for the owner and ran the place giving each dog her tender loving care. She’s firm and commanding but absolutely loving and gentle. You would be fortunate to have Sara take care of your baby.”

About: i recently moved to the area from new york and i’m looking for something fun to do for work. i absolutely love animals. they’re so intelligent and fun and loving. i would love to take care of animals on a daily basis. i am a caring and loving person and have always had quite the love for animals. i have always had dogs and cats in my home growing up. with that being said, i wouldn’t mind walking dogs, stopping by to play or feed animals, staying for hours with them, or just frequently seeing them. i have been trying to find jobs around the area and nothing has really spoken to me. i found that people need dog sitters and i thought it would be a good idea to try and get out there and meet people and have fun with animals all day

About: I'm a middle school science teacher, and have grown up with Rottweilers, cats, and horses. I currently have two cats, a Doberman, and a young horse. I'm attentive to details, understand the needs of animals, and can promise to do my absolute best to make sure your pet's needs are met while under my care. Growing up with animals, I understand how to best meet their needs. I'm very active, and can guarantee any puppy or energetic dog will be adequately exercised. I can also provide for animals with special needs (medications, special watch, etc). On school days, I will have limited availability to offer my services as I am tending to my own animals. I am happy to offer pet sitting and dog walking on holidays and weekends; I have limited availability after 3:30 on some weekdays. I take my dog, Ralph, everywhere with me. We go on multiple off-leash walks on local trails each day. We also go roller blading, and he comes to the riding stables with me - I am constantly working on his training.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for over ten years - everything from afternoon walks for younger dogs to providing daily medication for seniors. I work full-time, typically remotely, so I can hang out with your pet most weekdays while working remotely, or provide flexible weeknight or weekend care. “I can’t say enough how fantastic Rachel was with our cats. I always stress about a) hiring a sitter for the first time, and b) getting coverage for cats when a sitter has a demonstrated excellence for dogs in particular; I always feel nervous that cats might not be in someone’s wheelhouse. If either of those are worries for you (or even if not!), DO NOT HESITATE to book Rachel!! She took extraordinary care with our fur babies, going above and beyond in every way. She didn’t just make sure their needs as documented were met, but gave them great attention and affection, focused on keeping them healthy and HAPPY the whole time. She played with them a lot, shared every detail of note about them (for example, one cat had a little scratch on her face, nothing dire but she got a short video of her face and reached out right away), and really got the shyest cats to trust her very quickly (they were goofy with her, a lot of rolling around belly up when they usually never come out from under the bed). She even checked in about the house, asking if she could do something to help about them tracking litter everywhere. But the most incredible thing was how she fully protected them when an emergency came up. Our flight home was delayed a day, and Rachel leapt into action to come in past our booking dates, when she already had other previously booked needs to tend to. She came crazy early in the morning to make it work, and kept them safe. When she says that she’ll love your pets like her own, she really means it. Rachel is warm, personable, and incredible with animals; I trust her with my beloved fur baby family completely.”
