Doggy Day Care in West Side, Jersey City

About: I grew up with dogs and continued pup sitting for friends when I could after college. Just started a sabbatical from my job in finance so I have all the free time to take care of your best pals! On sabbatical so my schedule is very flexible. If I don’t have anything planned on the weekend, I might head out to the beach for a couple of days but open to discussing scheduling. I live in a very pet friendly building. In fact, during my interview with the coop board they asked why I didn’t have a dog at the time! I live on a quiet street in the west village, close to dog parks as well as the west side highway for plenty of open air. I also enjoy running if your pet is up for a jog.

“This is the first time we have used Rover services and Wajiha was great with our Golden Retriever. We were traveling through the area and wanted to spend time in NYC. Having Archie stay with someone made it possible for us to go into the city and not worry about getting back in time to let him out - or to know that he was with someone and had another Golden to play with. Wajiha was very responsive, sent pictures and treated our pup very well. When we come back to this area again, we will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend.”

About: Hi Friends, My name is Walesca. I am born and raised in NYC. Primarily, I am able to provide love, care and attentiveness to your pet(s). I am interested in taking dogs out for walks as needed and having play dates and being responsible for their day-to-day needs. I grew up with dogs in my home and treat all animals and living things with respect and consideration for their feelings. I work as a freelance photographer, artist and production assistant and I like going for runs in my neighborhood and living a pretty healthy lifestyle. I tend to start my day around 6-7am and I’m usually ending around 10pm or 11pm. . I start the pets day with a walk around 7 or 8am. We come back in for a morning meal and water. I like to take pups out again in the middle of the day with treats and once more in the evenings after a meal.

My cat can be very shy and tends to hide from people. She is very selective with her humans and she was comfortable enough to hang around Elisha!
