About: I’ve spent 17 years caring for other people’s pets, beginning with pet sitting at age 16 and later working as a veterinary technician and horse farm manager. Pet care is already a natural part of my everyday routine. I care for my own tripawd dog, including regular walks, feeding, enrichment, and the extra patience needed for her mobility and anxiety. I enjoy building my day around animals and understand how important consistency is to their comfort. I offer drop-in visits during daytime and evening hours throughout the week, including weekends. I keep my Rover calendar current and accept only the visits I can complete reliably, so your pet receives my full attention and care at the time we’ve arranged. For drop-in visits, I care for pets in the comfort of their own home, where familiar surroundings and routines can help them feel secure. I follow each family’s instructions closely, including feeding, fresh water, medications, walks or potty breaks, playtime, enrichment, litter-box care, and any household details you would like handled. Safety begins with learning about your pet’s routine, temperament, medical needs, triggers, equipment, and emergency contacts. Before walks, I check collars, harnesses, and leashes for a secure fit, and I remain attentive to body language and our surroundings. I never force interaction with a nervous pet and allow trust to develop at their pace. I take care when entering and leaving, confirm that doors and gates are secured, clean up after your pet, and make sure they are comfortable before I go. After every visit, I’ll send a thoughtful update with photos and let you know about eating, drinking, bathroom habits, behavior, medications, or anything unusual I notice.

About: Hello! I am a caregiver who truly has a special place in my heart for all animals. My love for pets, especially cats and dogs, started when I was little growing up in a home where our pets were treated like family. We had several dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, rabbit, goats, ferret & even a sweet pig named Bacon. About: I've taken care of pets my entire life, I currently have 3 senior cats and 1 senior dog. I have 2 years of experience working in pet care facilities so I'm more than capable of handling all types of dogs and cats, including reactive/possessive dogs. I've been trained in cleaning, playing, monitoring play groups, feeding, and giving medication to all different sizes, breeds, and reactivity of dogs. I believe every pet deserve love and patience and I enjoy providing them with that. About: I grew up in Jamaica with 6 dogs that I loved dearly. I've been taking care of them since I was 9 and they're literally family to me. I have a genuine love for my fur babies and that's why I've decided to go to Veterinary School so I can learn more about these lovely fellas. I also volunteer at foster centers just to bring dogs out to explore the world as they deserve while they wait for their new families. I'm a part-time employee and part-time student with a lot of spare time on Tuesdays and Thursdays that I will happily use towards giving your pets the best time ever. When walking dogs, I prefer to keep them in an open non-crowded area away from potential threats (animals and humans). I tend to be hyper vigilant as I understand my responsibility and priority of keeping your pets safe. If they're meeting other dogs, I shorten the leash and always watch out for signs of discomfort or aggression. Lastly, I'll ensure your pets are fully hydrated during their walks.

About: I'm a very energetic person so I will always play with the pets and I'm always making sure they are well looked after. I have taken care of plenty of pets aging from young puppies and kittens to older. When taking care of cats I have plenty of toys and things for them to climb on. I have also taken care of pets that have special needs. Like diabetics and other things. I know how to give medications oral and in shot form. Special skills would be probably that I can keep up with any animal and I love all of them. They put a smile on my face. And I love seeing owners with the same smiles. It warms my heart every day. ? I'm usually free most of the day and love cuddles and walking with the pups and kitties. So scheduling will be easy and always available. I have a fenced in yard and a dog and cat that love others. About: I have been dog sitting for three years. I am also working in a dog kennel, so I have experience feeding, playing, and cleaning up after dogs. I have experience with medication and making sure a dog has their medication everyday. I can not wait to meet you and your fury- babies. About: I have been someone that many families have relied on ever since I was around 11 years old. Through these years of experience, I have been able to take care of dogs of all shapes and sizes with all the support they need, such as walks, baths, etc. I am always versatile and understanding when it comes to pet sitting because I want to make sure the dog/owner can trust the pet sitter. Over the past two years, I have gained additional experience in a professional setting as a PetCare Specialist at Perfect Pet Resort. This required me to not only handle and care for multiple dogs or cats throughout the day but also to pass a behavioral dog class beforehand to gain more knowledge. I am currently available any day of the week to be an available pet sitter and am very flexible with what the pet sitter requires for their hours. I have a fenced in yard with two dogs currently. I have created a safe and knowledgeable environment for my pets to make sure they are always comfortable and happy.
