About: I have taken care of animals since childhood. I have taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fancy mice, african soft furred rats, small birds, aquatic turtles, fresh water fish, and ball pythons. I have known since childhood that I wanted to care for animals. During childhood I spent my free time volunteering at my local animal shelter. Helping clean animal pens and crates. During high school I volunteered at my local animal hospital as well as the local emergency animal hospital. As of recently I have been volunteering at a senior dog rescue. I love being able to help animals and I can’t wait to help care for your furbaby(ies). I currently am a stay at home pet parent and am looking to fill my free time with more animals. Plus I love to go hiking and always find it better to with a furry companion. My yard is unfenced but I enjoyed taking my dog on as many walks she wants. Sadly I can’t host pets at my house because my cats are wary about new dogs. But I love taking dogs on nice long walks so they can stretch their legs.

About: I have worked in the vet med field. Taking care of pets is part of the job. I was a kennel assistant as well. I am pet CPR and First Aid Certified, so you can have comfort that I will know what to do in emergency situations for your pets. Will take real time photos of your pets to keep you updated while you are away. I am going to school for becoming a certified veterinary technician. So I feel my skills help me help people with their pets. I have done house calls for giving medication, nail trims, and pet sitting. I WILL NOT take care of your pet if they are aggressive or have bitten someone in the past. For unvaccinated pets I will not take care of them if they have bitten someone. No acceptions! ALL pets are prefered to be up to date on vaccines. I also require a meet and greet of your pets prior to any services so they get to know me and no complications arise, especially for house sitting. I will come to your house and do anything they would need, making it more comfortable for your pet. Whether it be walking your pets, pet sitting, giving medication, nail trims, or taking them out to potty.

I have two of my own at home in Stroudsburg (pit mixes), and in high school and over breaks I have pet sat and walked dogs for over a dozen homes in my community. I take pride in being a student leader and a future educator, as well as being responsible, dependable, and knowledgeable. For instance, I am well versed in dog body language, basic obedience, and many different breeds and personalities (small to big, guardian breeds, I love them all!). I am happy to reinforce the rules, expectations, and training that you have with your pet, or teach small new things like leash manners. Being a college student, my schedule is actually pretty flexible. I am generally available for: Morning/Midday walks/check-ins throughout the work week. About: I was raised around all kinds of animals, and have cared for cats, dogs, snakes, and rabbits. I love them all unconditionally and believe they should be raised to know full bellies, warm cozy nights, and endless love. I have experience working as a groomers assistant and a kennel attendant professionally for about 3 years as well, so I know how to handle special needs ranging from anxiety to aggression. I also understand what it's like to be tight on funds, and the need to budget tightly in order to properly care for your furry friends! If my Rover prices are too high for your budget, shoot me a message and I can help you stay in your range! I'm flexible, especially since all pets are different and require different amounts of work! I'm currently transitioning into working a typical full time job, so my once very wide open schedule has slimmed down a lot. I can best typically do check ins and walks in the early morning and in the evening. I'm assuming that I'll be doing a typical 9 to 5, so anything before 9am or after 5pm is within reach for me to make sure your pets are well cared for and loved while you're away. ❤️ You can reach out to me with any schedule questions and I can try to work something out with you! I always do my very best to be as gentle as possible with all pets! I tend to avoid using "alpha" proving tactics unless it is necessary for my or your pets safety (ex. scruffing, using chokers tightly, using the shock option over the buzz option on an electric collar). I see these options as only being necessary when the pet is acceptionally aggressive and may hurt myself, itself, or others. I'm also very cautious around doors as I know many pets would take the opportunity to bolt it into the street if they could. I can handle bruises and scratches well from excited pets! I'm usually always covered in them from my own fur babies.

About: I've taken care and rescued all sorts of animals from guinea pigs to giant pitties. I have been in rescue for about 9 years. It comes out of pocket, but if I don't save them or help who will? I am also good at medication injection and oral administration of medication as well. I can do walks, check in's, doggy day care, house sit, etc. I will accommodate your needs for your furbaby. I am not afraid of bigger dogs as most people might be. I think of them as giant teddy bears. I will send plenty of updates and pictures as I know leaving your furbaby with a stranger can be absolutely nerve wrecking. Whatever makes my customer happy I will be more than willing to meet their request. Just give me instruction, your furbabies name, any allergies, medications, walk/yard time and frequency, feeding schedule, and any other information you see fit and I guarantee your precious furbaby will find a new friend! I am currently employed part time and in school part time this semster over at Johnson College for Veterinary Nursing. My schedule is pretty packed, but I will make accommodations with you to accommodate the needs of your furbabies or ones with scales. I moved in March of last year so boarding at the new place might be a bit busy. I do have enough room to accommodate at least 3 dogs. I don't have a fenced in yard at my apartment however I love to take them on long walks. I have walked dogs of all sizes. Super tiny to 100+lbs. I also have my own pupper Krypto so if boarding at my home please make sure your dog is other dog friendly as well as cats. I have 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 rat and a goldfish. If you are looking to board in my home I suggest a meet & greet to make sure your furbabies and mine are safe for their stay. I care for my clients furbabies like they are my own. I make sure the furbabies are happy and healthy. I will make sure my clients needs and wants are met. If you need me to watch them at your house, your house will be treated like my home. I will make sure your home is like you left it. I love to send updates because I know leaving your furbabies is really nerve wrecking.

Ever since I could remember I have always had dogs/cats in my life and always loved them and cared so much for them. I would describe myself as a very trustworthy and respectful individual. Have watched over my neighbors and friends animals various times when they were away and they never had one single complaint about the care given.
