I anchor the routine with a solid morning walk and feeding before my shift, which allows my pet to rest while I’m away. My afternoons and evenings are dedicated to a second feeding and exercise. For senior pets or pets with sensory limitations—such as blindness—I take extra care to keep their environment entirely predictable. In my home, I ensure the layout remains identical so they can navigate safely, and in the client's home, I follow their exact setup. I use gentle voice and touch cues to avoid startling them, maintaining a calm, structured routine so they always feel secure and cared for.
