About: I have my own pets who I take care of everyday and have been surrounded by animals since I was little. I understand that pet care is very individualized and am adaptable. I am very flexible with anything that is needed schedule wise. I am available for overnight stays for any day of the week, but weekends would be preferable I will be aware of the pet at all times and will do my best to keep them in a confortable environment with a new person in their house.

I'm looking to spend time with and care for dogs, and as a former dog owner I know how hard it can be to find a good sitter. After I spent 3 years caring for a dog with a chronic illness, I am accustomed to all sorts of needs and am happy to accommodate them. I have also lived with and cared for a senior dog and I can work with dogs of all ages. I will only take one dog at a time, unless they are from the same family. I have a small yard and good neighborhood for walks, so can be active with your dog or let them spend the day sitting on my lap! Let me know if you have any questions! I work part time in the community. Since I make my own schedule, I can be flexible to accommodate your dog’s needs! My toddler also loves dogs. I have a yard and a home with plenty of space for dogs to roam. Dogs will be monitored at all times and all medicines, cleaning supplies, etc. are safely stored. If your dog uses a crate, that is also welcome but not necessary. I will only take one dog at a time.
About: I have had pets all my life. Dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters- you name it, we had one! While I’m not a professional, I have raised stray cats, grew up with dogs, and have 6 pets of my own (including 3 lizards). I have experience with senior pets and am very attentive to our furry friends! About: I have had dogs my entire life! I live in an area where there are trails to take walks on and a dog park to play at! My goal is to make sure that your pet is loved and taken care of during your time away from them! I work at a full time job, but I am off at a decent time and have plenty of time during the weekends to play, walk, and take care of your fur baby! I make sure that I get up in time to make sure that I can give about 30 minutes of play before work and that they are fed in a timely manner.

“Is there such thing as too pet friendly? If so, Nathan and Whitney fit that category. They have watched our dog and treated him as if he were their own on multiple occasions. Their dog, Stanley, gets along great with him and provides for great companionship. Their backyard has so much space for the dogs to run around and play together—bonus is that it’s fenced! I was also surprised at the photos I received of their cat (Morty) and my dog, Crosby! He is just as friendly with the guests as Stanley is. 10/10 recommend Whitney and Nathan.
