“Nathan, Jacqueline and their children, along with their "pup" Charlie, were the most welcoming hosts we could have hoped for! Our Levi and Junior are admittedly on the higher-maintainence side and their family took it all in stride. We met with them prior to committing to the hosting in order to make sure the dogs were compatible and to discuss Levi and Jr's needs. It was a very comfortable and easy meeting. We left the initial meeting feeling very comfortable. When the time came to leave our fur babies, Nathan reassured us our pups would be fine. While we were away, we received daily updates with pictures that showed our pups were doing fine and having fun ! The kids took them for walks, and Jr found a new friend in their pup Charlie. When we came to pick them up, they were healthy and happy. It was wonderful to be able to go on vacation knowing Levi and Jr were in good hands. “Emily took such great care of our two cats while we were out of town for two weeks. Once again we received detailed updates and lots of photos after every visit. At our request Emily was even happy to turn on their favorite YouTube channel for relaxing music each day lol and really took extra care to make them comfortable in the 2nd week by spraying calming spray on some of their blankets, hiding treats for a fun game of hide and seek and she even watered our cat grass plants! Our cats, Elliot and Emily were in great spirits when we returned, not at all freaked out or anxious and so content and happy to see us! Emily always provides them with enough companionship, playtime, and lots and lots of pets and attention. This is evident in the Report Card for every visit which included the most adorable photos of all time and even a video which clearly showed just how much our cats already love her! About: I’ve always loved animals and always treated other peoples pets as if they were mine. I’ve always felt guilty if I didn’t have time to give as much time and attention to a pet as I should. I’m available quite often. I am most available all day Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. But still available sometimes on other days. I take some online courses and help my dad at his workshop so my schedule is relatively flexible. I live in a Townhouse so I don’t have a yard. One is a toy Berniedoodle and the other is a lab/bordercollie. I am the one in our family that does the puppy training. I am a retired school teacher. I am home most days unless I have errands to run. I love to take our dogs for walks. I have two friendly dogs. One of our dogs is very playful. The other is shy at first but warms up. They are crate trained at night. We have a dog door so our dogs go in and out all day. We have an extra crate if needed. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture for snuggles.

Our yard is fenced, allowing for ample playtime outside. We currently have a 2 year old dog of our own and a 4 year old cat that is very dog friendly.

About: I have had a dog since birth. I have both big and little dogs, and I'm not intimidated by much. Each dog shows love differently. I am a full time sitter now. My long term care slots are filled up now! I have my daily daycare routine worked out pretty well, so I can do walks and/or pop-ins if necessary! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was little, house sitting for neighbors when I was in high school. I worked at a vet clinic that offers doggy daycare and boarding. I know how to administer medication to dogs of all ages and temperaments. I can navigate nervousness in your pup, and help them feel comfortable when you aren’t home. I also have two dogs of my own, both high energy breeds, so I understand the need to exercise your beloved pets and make sure they have proper mental and physical stimulation. Your dog or cat deserves the love you give them everyday, even when you’re away from home; and I intend to give them that same love when I take care of them. I work fully remotely so I am available to assist almost any day of the week and really anytime, with a preference for middays and evenings. Even if I don’t have my availability listed for that day, please reach out and I will always try my best to accommodate! For my own dog, I have him crate trained so he don’t get into anything dangerous while I am gone. As for others animals I make sure they have constant access to fresh water, that their schedule is met, meaning consistent potty breaks, feedings ie. (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and playtimes. Finley is leash reactive, so having experience in that would be beneficial if your pup isn’t as easy of a walker if you’d like them to be.

About: I've been watching and loving on dogs since I was in grade school. I'm a HUGE animal lover, with a passion for dogs- I can never learn enough about them. I managed a dog boarding/daycare facility, but discovered the stress of over 80+ dogs in my care at once was a little too much for me to handle. After a couple years away, I decided to come back to the dog boarding/daycare industry part time. Doing this, I was reminded that not all dogs thrive in this type of environment and do better in a home atmosphere. I have very active dogs myself and wake up extra early in the morning to make sure my dogs are properly exercised and played with before I go to work because I believe in order to have a healthy dog, they have to be worn out both physically and mentally and that is very important to me. I now have the ability to work from home and tend to work from home when I have doggy guests staying with me. What to expect when your dog stays with me: Lower stress and home environment for your pups! I have two big dogs and a little dog and am also set up so I can keep them separated if your dog doesn't particularly enjoy k9 company! I send pictures and videos and will keep in contact with you as little or as much as you'd like. I work full time, but I'm able to work my own hours. I adjust my work schedule based on the needs of the paws in my care. I have a large fenced yard. If your pup is staying at my home, I do require that they are crate trained for the safety of your pet.

About: I am a 4th grade teacher with summers off. I have a passion for walking and dogs. So this is perfect for me! I walk my 90 lb chocolate lab (quite energetic and happy) miles everyday around the neighborhood and hiking trails. He is a pretty reactive dog (all love) so I am skilled in knowing what a dog needs and how they are reacting to the external variables on a walk, and how to react to that.
