About: One always wanted to have a dog of my own so taking care of other pets wood help me experience what I’ll need to know annd do when it’s the right time to have my own dog. I work early in the morning, after work I have nothing better to do besides take care of my family and my vehicles. I love to go to the park, travel, and go out to eat. I’m usually in the house in a safe and pleasant neighborhood, if I do go outside I’m either working, walking throughout the trail at our park or grabbing something to eat!. I rest assure everybody in my neighborhood doesn’t see me often only my neighbors. I honestly like it that way, it does protect us from what can possibly happen outside but I’m always protected and protective about everything!
About: I have been around dogs and other animals since I was an infant. My family has consistently taken care of dogs for over 30 years. I especially love training and taking dogs on enrichment activities. Pet care is a daily responsibility that requires singular attention on the animal with no multitasking. Animals need more than just food and water; they require attention and enrichment daily. Animal safety means thinking ahead and preparing. Each animal has specific needs that will allow them to thrive when met. It is important that an animal have its own space such as a crate or perch, and that they are supervised when on walks or in a new environment.

About: I’ve had dogs and the occasional cat since I was born, including a sweet old lab/doberman mix, a lazy corgi mix, and an anxious westie. I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters from a young age and have watched over many friends’ and neighbors’ pets. I’m free just about 24/7 as I’m on summer break from university. I’m more than happy to stay overnight, stop by throughout the day, and be up early in the morning. Beyond that, I will follow whatever instructions are given to me, as I understand every pet is different. I’m happy to play energetically or sit quietly while your pet gets used to a new friend.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
