I raised and helped care for my father's dog until my father passed away. He was a large dog. I cooked all his food. We walked, played, and when he was a puppy, I took him to obedience classes. Dogs and children are drawn to me. Because I am a professional vocalist, they respond well to my voice, whether it's in a soothing tone or in an authoritative manner. I do love singing to dogs. When my own dog suffered PTSD from a car accident, I sang to him until he was able to release his fear and become his former high energy self. I believe in doing research if I notice symptoms of something wrong. I like to observe any, out of the normal behavior, to insure the pets well being.
