About: Hello there! My name is Abby and I am a 27 year old exotic animal keeper, as well as cats and dogs. I have several different species ranging from large snakes to chameleons. I have been caring for exotic species for the last five years. I also care for dogs and cats. I’ve had 20 years of dog and cat care experience. I got my first dog, Sophie, when I was just five years old. Throughout the years, I cared for her and many other dogs and cats growing up. Right now, I have four of my own dogs and fourteen cats who are extremely spoiled! When watching your pet, expect them to be spoiled and loved just like they’re my own. I have experience with giving medication to both cats and dogs. I also had a senior cat that required special care and know how to provide care for any senior animal. I can care for your exotic animals in my house, as I have a separate room for my own exotics. Dogs and cats that stay with me will have their own room and set up as well. I also can provide drop in visits for your furry friends. For cats, I provide toys, cat trees, cat beds, and a hammock. I ask that you bring their food, bowls, litter, and litter boxes and any other special items they may need. Same goes for any dogs :) I have worked as a foster for shelters in Columbus for three years as well, so I am used to providing 24/7 care for other animals. I work from home full time, so I am able to have a very flexible schedule. If you need your animal cared for in my home, I am able to provide that service. I get off of work in the early evening, which gives me plenty of time to do drop in visits after work. My yard is fenced in, which is great for your doggie kiddos. I also do not let my cats outdoors, so any cat staying with me will be safe in the home. I have a dedicated room in our home where I house all of my rover guests away from our pets. Small dogs are okay to be boarded in my home, as well as any cats as long as they are litter box trained.

I have a nice back yard with a 6 foot privacy fence and a dog door so that your puppy/dog can go outside anytime and potty or just play. I'm a huge dog lover and I offer loving, responsible care for your Dog. I have a male neutered Husky who is very sweet and loves other dogs. He is up to date on all his shots. We should have fun together :-). I also leash walk my dog every evening (weather permitting). I can do this for your puppy dog too! I love dogs! I am semi-retired and have plenty of extra time to care for your pets. I own my own car. I'm punctual and trustworthy. I will care for your pets as I would my own. Please reach out with any questions as I would be happy to answer them and/or provide references. I have a privacy fenced-in back yard. My huskies love to play outside and they are safe because I have a vinyl privacy fence. There is always plenty of fresh, filtered water available for my fur babies. I will feed on a schedule or free feed.

About: Growing up I’ve always had dogs in the house, currently with a chocolate lab. At home, I used to take care of lots of neighborhood pets so I definitely have good experience with dog sitting! I have been actively dog sitting and recently fostered a puppy at my home in Dayton, OH, just was not listed on Rover. I am flexible on pricing if something does not work out. I only have class 12-2 pm on Monday and Wednesday and live with 2 roommates who alternate schedules and also love dogs, so I am very free to help pet sit! At home, my family has a large amount of land so I am used to going on long walks with my dog. I also love to walk my dog and others are the neighborhood/dog park. I love to play with pets and give them lots of love/attention :)
