Her setup is on a large piece of land that has clearly been customized specifically for pets. There are multiple fenced-in areas where dogs can safely run freely, and it gave me a lot of peace knowing my dog had space, structure, and proper care. Her communication could not have been better. Every time I texted her, she responded within minutes and fully addressed whatever concern I had. I also noticed a real difference in my dog after coming home. Before the stay, my dog would just come up to me and act excited when she needed to go outside. Now she actually cries to be let out, which is much easier to understand. She also seems to pull a lot less when I take her outside, so it honestly feels like some obedience training happened during the stay too. The kennel is climate controlled, the property is very well set up, and Kristen clearly cares about the dogs she watches. She even gave my dog special treats like pup cups with peanut butter and whipped cream. I was honestly worried my dog might not want to come home. If you want to leave your dog somewhere and not have to worry the whole time, this is the place.”

About: I have always had cats for as long as I can remember! Cats somehow always find their way to me and I am so glad to be a person they can trust. I personally took care of my aging kitty for 22 years, which involved a lot of checking in on litter box visits, daily medications, and ensuring he was as comfortable and loved as possible. My oldest kitty was recently diagnosed with asthma, so I will soon have more experience with kitty inhalers. About: Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have a slight dog obsession. November 2025 started year five of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed Rover cards after every visit, and will include as many photos as possible. For boarding and daycare we are located on 30 acres in Tipp City, with 6 private fully fenced dog parks to choose from. We have 10 kennels, and pups are kenneled during enrichment and overnight with an on-site team member who stays with them. Disney Channel + YouTube classical music plays while pups rest in their kennels between private park playtime and playgroup. Hers is more of a boarding situation with a separate building and individual kennels with several dogs present. This was intimidating for both of our smaller dogs, especially our rescue, but they calmed after a bit. Angel did put them in a back kennel away from the other dogs which helped.”

Starting April 4, 2024 we begin construction on a fenced in yard so we can provide day training/daycare while you are at work and boarding!

“Wow! Incredible! I hesitate to leave an awesome review because she was so unlike any other sitter and I want her all for my dog. Hatsuki is on another level. I went to do an introductory meet and greet. Her house was immaculate, very clean and organized. Hatsuki had printed (let me say it again, she printed a sheet!) a profile of clutch so she can make notes about his needs. Again this was just a meet and greet, she also made a thumb drive with a tag that had clutch’s name. We spoke about the time being 12noon and that was not a problem. The first day (Monday) she was here on time, the next 3 days she arrived at 1pm. 1 hr later then discussed. Then Friday morning she texted us stating she was stuck at a house she was cleaning and was not gonna be able to make it. My wife had to rush from work in Sidney to take them out, then rush back. Keep in mind we had already paid for the entire week.”

(I usually find our clients and then do all the talking away from rover) I am a part time dental assistant and during my days I have time before, during, and after work to care for your pets. Also my weekends are always free. When I’m in your home I will follow all your rules and treat your home and pets as if they were mine. “Ashlee was wonderful with my dogs. She loved on them like they were her own. One was a 5-month old puppy full of energy which required extra attention. She spoiled him and bought him to baby pool as she noticed that he loved water! She also bathe and washed bedding for both dogs before I picked them up. It was so nice not having to clean them when we got home. I highly recommend her if you want a worry free vacation.”

“I appreciated that they were focused on getting Piper to eat since I'd relayed that when she gets anxious (like while I'm away) she tends to not want to eat. They sent well-timed pictures that showed the dogs relaxed by themselves or with one of the family. The stay went well but it was a bit confusing with having both ladies message me answers to the same question.”

“Kristen did an excellent job, and I highly recommend her. I was a little hesitant at first because of the pricing, but once I realized what was included, it made complete sense. Her setup is on a large piece of land that has clearly been customized specifically for pets. There are multiple fenced-in areas where dogs can safely run freely, and it gave me a lot of peace knowing my dog had space, structure, and proper care. Her communication could not have been better. Every time I texted her, she responded within minutes and fully addressed whatever concern I had. I also noticed a real difference in my dog after coming home. Before the stay, my dog would just come up to me and act excited when she needed to go outside. Now she actually cries to be let out, which is much easier to understand. She also seems to pull a lot less when I take her outside, so it honestly feels like some obedience training happened during the stay too. The kennel is climate controlled, the property is very well set up, and Kristen clearly cares about the dogs she watches. She even gave my dog special treats like pup cups with peanut butter and whipped cream. I was honestly worried my dog might not want to come home. If you want to leave your dog somewhere and not have to worry the whole time, this is the place.”
“Nate and Whitney did an amazing job watching Mac! They sent many updates and pictures of how Mac was doing while he stayed with them. When I picked him up the next day he was exhausted so it is safe to say he had a blast staying with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dog sitter!”
“Meeko stayed with Jennifer for the first time last week and we were so happy with our experience. She has a big beautiful family so there is no shortage of love given to your pet. But between her own dogs and others boarding, Meeko had the best time playing with all of them and Jennifer sent plenty of photos and updates.
